City Beach - Parramatta

I went in today to browse and these two amazing ladies were extremely helpful!, one had helped me with my sizes and the other had helped me find the items I was after aswell as even showing me the sales going on, I went from buying one thing to a few items, the manager that was there was very helpful with the training of the new counter lady as she helped and explained very detailed instructions towards the employee they even informed me about a mystery discount city beach is currently offering and I was able to get my items on discount. This was a very enjoyable experience with the teams new way of customer service from past times shopping with city beach!

Mom and my lil sister went to parra citybeach to buy this nice sweatpants. unfortunately she didn't realise it was faulty until she got home. So I'm her brother had to take it to Burwood City beach the day after to exchange it. The Asian manager there was so nasty to me and said " parramatta missed up" they should return it to you or exchange it. then he goes let me try and call other stores and see so he called parra and the the size wasn't available. Anyway I said thanks and went back to work ( I work at Burwood as well). I later on called parra to double check and spoke to BRITNEY and was so helpful and understanding and was so shocked by the manager at Burwood and said she will get in contact with me in 5 mints.. called me back and said to go back in and get your refund back and apologised. So I just wanted to say thanks Britney for giving me the best customer service over the phone and getting your regional manager involve I will come back for how helpful you were and there us 5 stars goes to parra citybeach 😊😊😊😊.

I bought a Billabong elastics range rip stop shorts in ink black,navy,olive, and white drab.They don't make them anymore and so i am the last one to have them. I've bought my rip curl posse bag there my hurley belts and quicksilver socks.I got my nike sb maroon rabona shoes with yellow tick there and a a pair of teal ones also. Im getting my rainbow friendship bracelets there in rope. ribbed tanks, hemmed ones too and cargos after my ticket to arizona has been confirmed to use in wet n wild! easy peasy.
Do you guys have night vision goggles there at all? oohhhh! i hope you do.And i need a electronic tracer blocker you got that?! do you? Haha.̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̸̨̨̨̨̨̨̨̨̨̨̨̨haha cya guys.

One of my favorite stores of all time! They have literally everything and are not limited to simply beachwear lol. I bought my friend the best birthday present ever from here, it's the WWJD flask and it was only $14.99 which is a great deal. The stores often have a lot of product so you really look hard if you're seeking something in particular but I'm sure you will find it. The staff here are also super duper friendly. I would not reccomend going here around afternoon/lunch hours for the simple reason that it gets too crowded (especially on the weekends).

Hard to find many of these beach lifestyle stores these days, great to see its still successful. Everyone looks past the level of customer service you receive here, the staff love helping the customer that walk in and tend to go above and beyond to make sure, you're happy with your purchase. Highly recommended, its a great shopping experience.
