PICK UP THE PHONE PLEASE!!! i need to put in this parcel and you are on a break for over an hour. how is this shop open to 10 if people aren’t gonna be here!!! i got an uber here bc i need to go and do my day, and there was no use in coming here early IF NOONE IS GOING TO BE HERE. my gosh.. at least pick up the phone, this is so frustrating.

This place is plastered with posters of XpressMoney but claims they do not do withdrawals. What a joke, specially when the website says otherwise.

The lady has the worst attitude,
She shouts over the phone and not willing to help at all,
How rude!!!
Placing a complaint on Amazon as well, as it is a very unreliable parcel point!!
