I've had a great experience with Harley and have gotten the honest advice to all my questions. Took care of my size-exchange and was very patient to keep me noted for the delivery update. I appreciate his hard work.

Best customer service ever! I love my high end fashion but it’s not always you have a good experience in other stores. Alexander McQueen store in Chadstone is a good exception. The staff in that store are incredible!
They’re not pushy, they’re very polite,very professional and helpful.
Especially wanted to thank the sales assistant Kat and the manager of the store Tony. These guys went above and beyond to help me! Looking forward to dealing with them again.

I love everything in this store. All the staff who work here are fantastic and they are very helpful and very welcoming. Especially Harley who helped me pick out a beautiful pair of shoes and a gorgeous bag. A big thank you to you. Can’t wait to shop in this store again.

Excellent service - I’m suprised by some of the comments as its nothing but the best whenever I walk in.. the entire team are always welcoming.. I’m a regular client and I wouldn’t be back if that wasn’t the case - I’m also incredibly grateful and appreciate their work - unlike some people who are rude! It’s been a while since I’ve shopped at AMQ , however I found myself recently purchasing a suit for a friend’s wedding, and was quite impressed. Harley was very helpful

was feeling very welcomed with the staff when i first walked in. a particular staff member had given great recommendations with sizing as well as introducing the new season stocks! in the end i had bought sneakers, to which overall was a great experience. lovely store, lovely staff!

I always enjoy a trip to this Alexander McQueen boutique. The staff are always helpful and able to answer any questions I may have. They always ensure I feel like a million dollars when I walk out with a piece from Sarah Burton's latest collection.
