DARE Formal Wear

My mother in law and I went shopping there this afternoon. I found the most beautiful wedding dress for only $50 and mum bought a brand new designer dress for the wedding at $60 but the ladies gave it to her for $50. The ladies were wonderful and made our experience fun and at ease. Thank you ladies for every thing. And to top the experience....our money goes to a wonderful cause. Thank you❤ will definitely recommend to all my friends.

I had a great shopping experience today. The ladies were very patient and very helpful. What a great cause they support. They have a great selection of dresses of all sizes. I will definitely shop there again.

Most wonderful experience. The staff were so helpful and caring to my girls 12 and 14 y.old and I was lucky to find 2 dress size 16 new with tags on for my selft. Highly recommended.

This is a sweet place and I just bought a great dress there this morning. I have offered to post the correct opening hours for the manager because they are not correct on Google. This shop supports a very worthy cause, so check it out. They have some lovely items. It is staffed by really friendly and helpful volunteers.

Bought the most beautiful wedding dress and veil for only $290! Everyone at my wedding was complimenting the dress and asking where I got it from... only to happy to say it was from DARE, and that all the money goes to such a worthy cause! Thank you to Karen and everyone at the store!

Great formal wear

I had a HORRIBLE experience on the 14th of may Saturday at dare to wear. Don't get me wrong it is an okay place and I loved the idea of the non profit organisation. It can be a hit or miss experience, unfortunately I failed to get the name of the lady that was so rude while I there. but this place is run by two ladies and the other lady was lovely and so accommodating. When my mother asked where the plus size section was in the store the reply we got was "back in the corner where we hide them". This shot my confidence as I was already struggling that day with my self appearance and that comment shouldn't be said to anyone who steps foot in that store.

I went here today and had the most worst experiences of my life as a bride to be for a company that is meant to be helping lift women up a sore worker surly brought me down by comments she stated at me and to her coworker and didn’t think I heard. What a shame so I suggest if your a bigger girl don’t go in this store

With formals coming up it would have been nice if the place was open when I could get there..Sorry I bought elsewhere
