Great Prices. Really Friendly Staff. Wide variety. If they don't have talk to the owners(they work there too) and they can source it for you.

I found what I was looking for and was happy with it. Sadly my son decided to misbehave and throw things in the trolley.

Had to sort everything out at the checkout where the lady with piercings and blonde hair seemed less than impressed. I asked her if she had kids.

Her response was "I've got 3 but they don't chuck s$%# in the trolley."

I'm glad that her kids are well behaved and are perfect like her. For imperfect parents like me I'll find another place next time I'm up here.

I bought a pop up walker for a one year old.. it was on sale.
59 down to 29 so I grabbed it.. no where on the packing did it say it was faulty and non of the lights or sounds work...

To update anyone on this since my last post :-
That customer where the staff member abused me . Over a pool noodle - my child had who was not running around or anything and standing still - then I was approached . My son was a mess- I was a mess .
I have never been treated like that by any staff member anywhere .. ever. I have worked in customer service for over 20yrs and if I spoke to my customers like that - I wouldn’t have a job .

I got no apology from the manager and I reached out to centre management as well who took my complaint and they said they will take it to the manager and then that was it . I have not been been back since - I was so embarrassed by the way I was being treated and I wasn’t yelling , screaming - abusive etc the staff member was . My son says we are not going to that shop every time
We drive past the centre now .

I wanted to return a bamboo lower back rest to the store today because it doesn’t fit and hurts my back. And a staff with a slightly long chin said and with terrible attitude that I can’t get a refund because of hygiene reason. I said I only used, actually just tried it for once; he said no, you just you used it. I said I tried and it is not an underwear and he just said no. Well, people go to clothes shops and try them on and don’t buy them or return them afterwards. I tried the back rest once even with my clothes on. I don’t understand why I couldn’t return it? And the attitude was the reason that made me upset. I guess people go to bargain shops for a bargain not for quality products or good customer service. They probably don’t care that they lose a customer but good luck.

Whilst shopping in this store, I was absolutely appalled with the treatment of a customer by a store employee . At the time I did understand the employee’s point he raised with the customer and his concern was valid however the way he addressed these concerns was not only unprofessional, it also came across in bully like manner . The employee was not only rude , he went out of his way to ensure everyone in the store could hear and continued to belittle the customer. The customer even addressed his concerns and advised him that she was embarrassed which he continued to say the way you are speaking to me is bad however in that how conversation which I heard the customer was calm and polite however he didn’t care and the customer lender up in tears . Instead of leaving the conversation the employee kept at the customer to the point I felt the need to make sure the customer was ok. When I approached the customer not only was the customer in tears the customer child was hysterical. Once they left the store , I approached the employee and stated that it was not ok to treat someone like that, this is when he went on a high and mighty rampage and told me I “shouldn’t have gotten my big head involved “ . I then put my products I was buying down and said mate you were in the wrong with the way you treated her , he continued to go off. Once I exited the store I then saw the woman and her child outside the store which I stopped along with other people to make sure she was ok. . I understand the employee of this store was obviously having a bad day however there is no need to act like this . There was definitely no customer service in this store , and I refuse to shop here again which is a shame as I am a regular customer. I would rather not shop in a place where management don’t care how their staff treat customers. To have a customer leave in tears after a way employee has spoken to them is definitely NOT ok!!!

I spent hundreds of dollars over time for items for my business. One day I returned a $7 can of spray glue that was faulty - I was brushed off by the owner who walked away from me.
Never spent money there since.
