I get my watches serviced here. Had an issue with a repair and had to return it. There was no fuss, they were incredibly helpful and sorted it out for me.
Very reasonably priced and good service.
Recommended.

I had to get a ring cut off my finger as it was very swollen and sore and I called and they said I could come in, walked in they cut it off and they didn’t even charge for it! The workers were lovely!! The service was great!! Definitely recommend!!

Very friendly, helpful and patient staff. Repaired my chain link on the spot, free of charge. We came back a few days later to try and get a watch for my nephew for his birthday and the lovely lady was so patient and understanding with his special requests. She tried to help us with many suggestions and tried to figure out what he did and didn't want in the watch. Unfortunately, he didn't find what he wanted but I was incredibly impressed with how the sales representative was with him.

I have been using Arana jewellers for a very long time now. They have made unique pieces for both myself and my wife. I purchased my sons first really good watch for his 16th. They have also cleaned and repaired watches and jewellery for us. Great value and great service.

Friendly, helpful staff. Most of the repairs onsite service. Cleaning of jewelry to make them sprackling like new.
