Excellent range of products at good prices.
I’ve driven past this store on a regular basis and always noticed the clever sign out the front but never stopped.
Today I had some spare time and decided to stop and have a look.
OMG the range of pet products is fantastic, from food, snacks, toys and health products.
Well worth the visit , super friendly security guard (the father) out the front and great advice from someone that loves animals isn’t just an employee there to get payed.

Always wanted to check out when I drive past the shop and I did! 😊

Great customer service and a lot of variety with their pet treats. They stock an excellent range of whimzees, which are often hard to find. The store is priced a little higher than some big name stores but id rather pay it for a small independent shop than a corporation. I love coming in after work to stock up on treats for both my dogs. They do offer discounts if you pay cash also.

Stopped in one day on my way home, wow I’m glad I did. HUGE range of food and dog and cat snacks. Great bundle backs of aussie food my dog goes crazy for (like kangaroo ears and jerky). Lovely service. Will be back for sure.

Lovely old school business that has been in the suburb for many years. The prices may be a little higher than some big chains but it really is worth supporting independents like this - staff are very friendly and always offer treats if you bring in your four legged friend. Great range of products for all creatures. Their dog treats range is phenomenal - shelves of hand packed bags. Walking the many aisles is an adventure! Convenient parking out the front.

The Newmarket Pet Cafe store has all the staples, plus treats and toys (even Zippy Burrows, which I happily discovered when urgently needing bribery material for a disgruntled chihuahua). They had a big section for Guinea pigs, birds, rats, mice etc too. Animals are not sold here. Happy to have such a well stocked pet store so close to home and Newmarket Village.

I love this store. I foster dogs for the RSPCA and have different questions and requirements according to the type of dog I'm fostering. They always have answers and suggestions and a huge range of toys and everything I could possibly want. They stock the best frozen dog meat, too. Whoever is working takes time to come out from behind the counter and meet the new foster and make him/her feel comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my doggie needs.

They always have counter treats for my furbaby.. am a happy customer..

Staff here are amazing! There's a wide variety of pet products, and a huge variety of specialized food. My puppy loves coming in here every week, and so do I.

This particular pet cafe was once my local...while I'm far away now..I do the new click and collect for fresh raw food from here and will visit when I can for local produced treats.
The family who run this pet cafe are just so lovely, friendly to each customer and def welcome fur children and happy to share a story or 2. They are more than happy to provide different recommendations on something, willing to alert you to incoming stock for example fish jerky (My cat is too paticular). Cisco the green feathered mascot out front is not someone you can't not say hello to as you enter the doors. I enjoy seeing the family members working hard in this business and seeing the events they partake in to involve local community. Semi retired Louis (doggy) will be there on occasion at the table too.
There is disability access and enough parking and out back down the driveway...it's a place thay if you walk past with your woofy...you have to go in. At a local dog park I've met owners of other dogs who say the weekend treats for their woofy kids are treats from pet cafe ashgrove...I hope to be over thay way soon as both my dog and I miss seeing the family there and Roman sneaking behind counter for schnibbles of yummyness from the girls and their dad
