The showroom team are super helpful and knowledgeable about all the products they stock and advise based on your needs, not on getting a sale. Shawn has been especially patient when explaining how everything works, which has been great considering technology has moved on considerably since I last bought anything for the kitchen. Great store full of great people. We were treated very well, provided with expert advice, and every effort was made to make us feel comfortable and informed with our purchases. 5 star experience from start to finish. Daniel provided a service second to none. We were told from numerous companies that the appliance couldn't be delivered until March - April 2024, and Brisbane Appliance Sales found the product and got it delivered within 24 hours! Incredible!

My first experience in using the services was around 2009 when BAS provided me with a cooktop that fitted our needs in both size and procuct type. I needed to replace our cooktop in February 2024 and I again contacted BAS with a positive outcome. The staff I dealt with were excellent with quality information, no pressure, qualiry products including alternative options, competitive price and timely delivery.

I was doing a renovation of my kitchen and required all appliances, fridge, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, range hood and microwave.

Daniel and his team were extremely helpful, they had a very high knowledge of each of their products and were able to discuss the pros and cons of each brand, they were able to recommend the best options for my kitchen that would not only give me the look I was after but also keep me within my budget.

When there was an issue with my delivery, they kept me informed and worked after hours and even on a public holiday to make sure my appliances were still delivered on time and ready for install.

The way they make sure you as the customer feel heard and important is the way all retail should operate especially when making such expensive decisions but this is often not the case.

Jan was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to helping us choose our new dishwasher. She gave us a few different quotes to different dishwashers and guided us to the one which would suit our needs. Jan was great with communicating with myself and quick at replying to emails.
