What a joy to shop here. A spicy, heady scent wafts out the door and entices you into a space filled with pretty much organic, safe, pretty everythings. And a big shout out to Isabel who guided me to a Biome skin healing solution.

Excellent service from both the phone call I made to check the store had the product I wanted in stock, to the information given by the staff member in the store, to the lovely conversation we had about composting and other things! I highly recommend Biome for good quality, ethically sourced products and wonderful staff to help you find them. Bonus for letting me know about the city council's rebate program for composting kits and worm farms!!

Always a great instore experience here. Dropped in this afternoon with a vague idea of what I wanted, had a great chat with Elana who pointed me in the direction of something I hadn't found on the website which will suit our purposes beautifully.

Made my first toothpaste (plastic container free) re using my old holding containers - so wonderful to see Biome actually sold the ingredients - but I had them at home which I used up first. Will be giving this Biome pack as a gift in the future.
