I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Kawana Surf Outlet, I can not speak highly enough of the "3 blonde girls" (their words, not mine!) that made my shopping experience truly exceptional! From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine desire to help.

The team was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and services offered in the store, and was able to guide me towards the perfect items to suit my needs. They were patient, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive shopping experience.

They took the time to listen to my concerns and needs, and made sure that I left feeling satisfied with my purchase. Their positive attitude and friendly demeanor made shopping a pleasure, and I would highly recommend the girls at Kawana Surf Outlet to anyone looking for exceptional customer service, attention to detail and a genuine desire to fufill your requirements. Wow I just want to say the staff at the surf outlet are amazing. We went in today and the love and support we recieved was outstanding. We have some personal things going on and staff on today were the most supportive she was the nicest person and I hope she knows how much we appreciate her love a generosity xxx

A great place to shop for all your surf needs. There's also a fabulous range of other outdoor gear. The prices are competitive and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Went into the store on Friday and was served by the most lovely down to earth lady! Tiane (from memory was the name) she was beyond helpful! Made me feel very comfortable definitely a big value to the company! Thanks so much for your help Tiane will definitely be returning soon!

My wife and I went here today and I have to say the service for everyone working there was absolutely amazing, nothing was to much trouble for the and I would like to make a special call out to Tiarne for all the extra help and understanding she gave my wife we will be back very soon.

Often pop in to grab clothes for my hubby & kids ,the staff are always happy & greet you with a smile .Teaine is always so friendly & helpful.
