The prices may be a bit higher than the variety stores, but the range and quality of toys stocked is so much better.

This is my husbands account but anyways, I personally work in retail and know how hard it is to get good service let alone amazing service. Can I just say the whole team were absolutely amazing! Their friendly service is the reason why I will choose to shop here over any other toy outlet of the coast. Always going above and beyond to just make me feel like I’m valued and my money isn’t just somthing to put in the till. Thank you to every single staff member who works there. You are truely doing somthing right!!!

Great happy advise no pushy sell or upsell and all this and the store was overflowing with elves on their last minute shop.

Dangerous place to go with children as there are so many cool things here that will occupy them for ages. Huge range of toys and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Large shop, prices were high in store but somehow cheaper online. Well overpriced, unfortunately.

This is the best shop for collectables and toys great range of pop vinyls RC cars hot wheels and other great things like LEGO go here if you want toys is all I can say!

We have been served by a lady named Katy every time and she is delightful!! So knowledgeable about Pokémon, Lego and all other toys! My boys get excited to talk to her as she is such a positive happy person and really interacts with customers so beautifully! What an asset to this business! If I owned a toy shop or any business to do with children I’d be getting her to run it!! Look forward to seeing you again Katy next time we are in!

When it comes to toys, there is no other store that has the quantity, or quality of Mr Toys. Massive store with a huge selection. Has many niche and limited edition runs with heaps of staff that are friendly and helpful. Epic!

Bought a Lego Harley Davidson model to make up. Awesome!! Staff very helpful and friendly.

Been here a few times seeing as I have children. Good range of stuff. Some you can definitely get cheaper elsewhere but some you can't get anywhere else. Always helpful staff.

Visited the store on Saturday to purchase gift cards. Was greeted and served by a very professional and wonderful young lady named Tahlia. While visiting I also met and spoke to an exceptional woman named Milly who is quite knowledgeable about everything. Keep up the good work.

Excellent store. So much to choose from to make any child or adult happy. Plenty of parking and so easy to access. Staff so friendly and helpful. Loved this store and can't wait to go back there 😉😊

As I was driving out of Kawana I spotted their so turned in, ample parking, was able to get toys for my grand children with out any pressure, it is a compact shop, easy to browse, so 15mts and I was in and out.
There was only 1 beautiful Lady assistant on the till & customer's were amazing, like up to 5 people being told to go ahead first with few parcel's. Definitely no tired customer's in store.
Assistant deserves a bonus.
