The job took awhile to complete but the end result is pretty impressive. I had panel work done the colour matching is perfect. Mechanical work done suspension etc, drives like new. Thanks team.

The service I received from the team at Nerang was excellent.
The car's repair status was consistently updated and it was completed and ready to drive home 3 days earlier than originally quoted.
The few people I met onsite were extremely courteous and helpful.

Very impressive customer service through my RACQ after an accident that took my car off the road. Ready ahead of schedule. Looks amazing.

I was involved in a single vehicle accident which required minor smash repairs. Service at Gemini was fine with regular progress reports provided by staff. There were some unfortunate delays, but these were due to unavoidabke spare parts shortages.

great service, they kept me informed the through the whole process, I am from Melbourne, I was hesitant to get my car fixed on the Gold Coast, But I can honestly say, this is the best experience I have had with a panel beater, to what is usually a very stressful situation. a special mention to Tracey in the office, her care and attention to detail was outstanding and deserves a pay rise lol well done guys!!!!

I've had the misfortune of having to go to a repair shop twice in the last 6 months, however Gemini really made the experience as painless as possible, their customer service and communication throughout the process both times has been outstanding. They repaired my vehicle after an accident and it looked like new when I picked it up. I received regular texts keeping me updated with work being done and why and approx date when my car would be ready and kept to that date.
