Advertised open til 5.30, went in at 5.16pm, i was told he was closed, he said he had paper work to do, if this is the case
1. why advertise your open til 5.30pm
2. close the doors if your not going to let customers in 15 minutes before your ADVERTISED closing time.
NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.Got in my car & went to shop across the road.

They rock up at nine and be rude when you just want to grab someting real quick cause they werent there 15 min early to set up their store like honestly did you not read the company policy 🤔

Very poor returns policy, for inferior product which was faulty at time of purchase but only found out upon opening.
