Great store. They had the stock I was looking for at a discounted price, which was awesome.
Unfortunately when I got home I found my item to be damaged and had to go back to replace it. The lovely staff member who served me was very professional and helpful, resolving my issue promptly. Very good BCF store.

New to fishing and thought I'd make a stop in to get myself some gear. Was in the store a matter of moments and was served by the friendly staff who had some great advice and assisted me through the entire process. Counter service was great and they let me know I can pop in at any time to ask for advice if I need it. Great team, you can tell the staff have good rapport between themselves and they do a good job at quickly building it with their customers. Thanks guys!

Great bcf! Multi level with a huge amount of options. Click and collect bay out the front as well as a great range inside. Heaps of things on display also- makes it easier to see what you’re actually trying. Super helpful staff and really friendly. We’ve never had a bad experience here :)

My mother required assistance yesterday in BCF Greenslopes. Carlson was incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable. Very happy with the numerous items purchased, but most impressed with the wonderful customer service.

I would like to thank the men that helped me out today in regards to using the Webber and what accessories I needed for my cooking requirements as well as handy tips on cooking times, guides and cleaning instructions. I bought almost $2000 worth of camping gear here. I visited the store last weekend to inspect the options and come up with a cost estimate to help with my budgeting. Then I came back this week to buy the gear. Staff gave me plenty of time and space to gather all the gear with no sales pressure applied. When it was time to check out, staff helped me lug all my gear to the checkout. Then they helped me get a really good deal because of the number of items I was buying and they gave me the most competitive prices available anywhere on the market. Super friendly staff happy to help with queries, lugging and even packing my car. Easy access, good parking. I’ll be a loyal regular customer from now on. Thanks BCF!

Bought a rod click and collect however the item was unavailable. The boys found a better replacement aswell as giving me some tips on finding the right gear and looking after the rod. I hardly leave reviews but the help I received above and beyond. Will definitely be back. Cheers

Good store and great customer service.We have visited the store a few times, everytime we receive good customer service, from store staffs to managers.

In my most recent visit, the store assistant CJ recommended the finishing rod that suits our needs, when we having trouble tie double snell knot, CJ helped us patiently. We had very good experience and highly recommend it.

This store is well stocked and staff helpful.

Great customer service. I bought a Weber BBQ with new gas bottle and filled there. When I got home, I found the Gas bottle not fit the BBQ. I came back store the second day. The staff and manager is really nice and helped me to exchanges the filled bottle for free. Thank you so much!

Very helpful and professional young team. I called regarding an issue I was experiencing with my XTM solar blanket, and the team were quick to offer their help in resolving. As a result of their service, I raised a different issue I was experiencing with an Engel battery box. Again, the team was quick to help, checked the unit for me, and again, helped resolve (I was inserting a cable upside down into the Engel box - derp). This latter part overshadows the experience I had with the Jindalee team who were quick to tell me they couldn't help. Thanks to CJ, Matt, and the kind bloke out back.
