First going back to gym in over 3 years and as a mature aged lady was a bit nervously about what to buy. Vinny was amazing answered all my questions, made suggestions and made me feel very relaxed. I will be back Thankyou for outstanding customer service.

Have had a couple of really good experiences with the team here. Stacey's nutrition knowledge is on point, I tend to do a tonne of research before actually buying anything and she knew it all in an accessible and easy to understand manner - she taught me some cool stuff too. Never felt up- or cross-sold unwarranted and they're big supporters of local businesses too, so there's another plus.

The staff and the customer service at this store are awesome. Nothing is ever a problem and they are happy to make recommendations. I have another Nutrition Warehouse in walking distance of my place. However, I prefer a 15 minute drive to Greenslopes to buy my supplements.

Im pretty sure the staff members name was Stacey, apologies if I have it wrong! But she was AMAZING, I asked for advice on creatine and she was quick to recommend one with a brief yet perfect explanation. After we chatted a bit about energy levels and other factors she also recommended a heap of different things to try for my overall health that weren't just supps/gym things. The stores a bit smaller than most nurtition warehouses but it seems to have everything you could want and most important great staff 🥳

I have been into this store twice in the last month. Both times the customer service has been commendable. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought some protein powder on my first visit, turned out I was intolerant to one of the ingredients - I took it back and was able to exchange it (even though I had opened it and used a couple of times) and get a product more suitable. I was even able to sample before I bought it. Thanks - you’ve won me as a repeat customer.

Great place with a wide range of products and decent prices. Staff are definotly the best part. Super friendly and helpful to everyone including beginners and have a wide range of knowledge.
