Great communicators: Funny, I have never met them face to face, I live in Europe ! But always quick to reply on email answering all questions.

I must say that as a Landlord I have been extremely satisfied with their services, nothing seem too difficult for them and have exceeded all my expectations. I have tried just about every agent and the RE Rentals teams are really the best.

I am not one to write a bad review, it takes something extraordinary for me to take the time, however I feel I have a duty if care to warn others.

This is the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with.

The reason for this review is not limited to the following, but it will give you an idea. While our lease overlapped with our new property and while we were still paying rent as a tenant, the owner accessed our property - without any notice and removed our belongings from the house and left the house unsecured. The owner also took it on themselves to throw out some of out belongings. This is a criminal offence.

Their process is extremely invasive. Do not think for a second you will only receive quarterly inspections, as a tenant you will not only be visited frequently by the real estate, but also the property owner will find any excuse to invade your privacy. They also do not show on some occasions they issue you with notice and do not contact you to advise a change.

They have a google docs account with pictures and videos of the property, but remove them before your resign/exist notice is issued. If you are silly enough to take a lease with them (like me) make sure you retain all of our own records.

They work in the grey area of the RTA policy, a method no doubt born from the owner Michael (ex lawyer). Michael also states he represents both the tenant and property owner, this is not true. Please note, they will issue you a notice to leave in the same email they issue you a resign - 3 months out from when the lease is to expire. This takes all tenants rights to decide away.

They also issue a hold on your whole bond well before you have moved out - and before they have done an exist report. This allows them to hold your bond over you.

We took this realestate to the RTA, and put them under investigation - but as we were no longer tenants it didn't matter - the RTA investigation process is to stop behavior (as we had already moved it had no reliance).

Do not sign a lease with re rentals.

Most careless and disrespectful real estate agent we have ever used. Too busy building their business to mange what business they currently have.

No regard for their tenants. Huge thumbs down 👎🏻
