Woolworths West Village

A really good Woolworths with a great range. Had everything in stock that we went looking for, even late in the day at the bakery section. Some of the isles can get a bit hectic during the evening's if you are trying to navigate the store with a large wheelchair, but the friendly staff very quick to assist with moving the large stock trolleys that they were unpacking. That's lovely but it would be great if the isles had a bit more space so this wasn't an issue. The staff were all so friendly this doesn't subtract from our Five Star review. It was a very well stocked, clean, well laid out store and all of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful :)

Friendly staff who actually take the time to acknowledge you when you are shopping. One of the better Woolworths outlets with interesting displays & great fresh produce & good bakery. The isles are spacious & displays are neat & tidy

The young dude who was front end supervisor 5th Feb at 5pm, deserves a raise on top of an immediate $10k bonus. Understaffed but he was crushing it. Throw money at him!

Great place to go at any time or day or night, week day or weekend. Surrounded by various Restaurants, Eateries and Ice-creameries.
It also has a lovely Bedouin-type Oasis and Green hidden outside, amidst this bustling network of social activity.
Best thing is the Underground Car Park!

thursday evening i arrived home. my littlest sister says to me: “imy may we please go buy some frozen goods so that we may experiment with your newly gofted air fryer that you received as a present from our cousins for your 21st birthday?”. i would have said no, but she recently *practically* broke her foot in a road accident so i agreed. naturally we went to west village: the perks of a harris farm AND woolworth right next to each other ?!! the most iconic duo i have ever seen. we get our Lick ice cream from HF and then mosey over to woolies for a casual browse. we picked out pretty much every single pescatarian-friendly item from the frozen section and then proceeded to the self-checkout… what made this visit stand out was the quality of customer service we experienced at the self checkout. SAM was truly exceptional! such a young little chap, yet his manners, professionalism, and poise cleary exceeded his years. i will be returning to Woolworths West Village, perhaps even over HF, purely because of the light and joy young Sam brought into my life that Thursday evening.

I decided to try this new store and it was a very pleasant shopping experience from start to finish. Easy car parking and easy to navigate the store, especially with the light nimble trolleys. Good range and helpful friendly staff. The village has a light and airy feel with a super high glass ceiling and greenery.

Very clean and organised! Lots of variety in an amazing location with other shops nearby. Very up-market feel.

Maybe the best shopping centre in the world? Market Garden is amazing. Woolworths another world class grocery, maybe the best I have seen in all my worldly travels. Well done guys for bringing this high standard of shopping to us here in Brisbane!

This Woolworths is close to where I go to the gym so I often stop by here, even if it's just to buy mineral water or snacks.

Most of the new woollies are great. This one is no different. Parking is underground with plenty of it which is a big plus.

Fantastic selection in the fruit and veg area with a very wide range of organic fruit and veg and also many other varieties fruit and veg not ranged in other stores.

The bakery has its made in store flat breads and also features a instore sushi bar and it's great selection of platters to order.

The store has a scan and go option which also allows you to scan your purchases as you shop for an easier experience and allows you to leave the store simply by paying via your phone and scanning a QR code.

Ozharvest also collects a great amount of food donations from this store that go to the less fortunate which is fantastic for the community.

Pretty good spot to shop, has a good variety of items. Store members are also really good and are very helpful.

Has very fresh veggies and fruits and staff are very friendly!

Always get my bird seed there can't get Frankie's bird seed any where else in West end also good coffee shop and top rate chip shop

Spread out well, Scan n Go facility is there for buyers convenience

Very convenient for my shopping fancy place to look around parking is easy nice place to visit

Couple I weeks ago while I was there a lovely staff member helped me out to get the Woolworths WiFi as the centre has a very poor signal coverage. On the way out I asked for the manager to recognize the staff member great service. Also I had great experience meeting the exceptional manager there. Thank you🙏🙏🙏👌👌👌👍👍

It was good the bread from Woolworths is always good. However we found all that we searched

Fresh fruits and veges. Very convenient to park and shop.

Great woolies, brand new with lots of variety. Slightly annoying that they close at 6 on Sundays, I probably need to plan better though hahaha
