Great customer service and had the exact product I was looking for. Price matched with no drama. Prefer to buy from store if I can. Good location and easy parking. Huge variety of goods.

Got assisted by Dennis, he had outstanding customer service and had extensive knowledge on the products. I was very impressed, he went above and beyond with helping me with fishing gear. I walked out one very happy and confident customer thanks to him.

Was helped out by Leesa, they didn't have the item I ordered in stock and let me grab something similar but more expensive at no extra cost for the inconvenience. 10/10 service

Dennis was super helpful and friendly today at the store. We brought our son’s old fishing rod that I couldn’t figure out how to fix and he helped us with everything we needed on the site. Thanks to him we could go for a fishing today and we did catch a fish and a few more near-catches! We had so much fun, wanted to say thank you so much again, you made my son’s day 👍

I went into BCF Maroochydore yesterday, with a very specific wishlist that I wasn't sure would be possible. I met a young, very helpful and knowledgeable man named Dylan. I have run an extremely busy retail space for the past decade or more and I like to have fun with my customers, so everyone leaves feeling happier and feels like they've had their very own "experience" in our store - which unfortunately, I have found this can tend to lack, in big or small retail stores. Well this did not happen yesterday with Dylan! Straight of the bat, he was fun, listened AND HEARD exactly what my dream item was, and took me straight to it... and there it was! He allowed me the time to use it, move it around to my setting etc (it was a very particular outdoor chair) that I was taking away to a retreat type setting, with chronic back pain and all the harrowing hurdles that come along with finding the "perfect seated position" for my condition. Dylan was amazing, so very patient, yet all the while - having so much fun with us and lots of good belly laughs were shared amongst us all (my 26 year old daughter was being dragged around for this must-have item) and it was just the best experience I have had in a huge retail store, (actually any big or small retail store), in a very long time. Thank you Dylan, for the PERFECT "relaxor" chair - I even impulse bought another outdoor rocking camp chair as well, and am going back today to get another one for my friend! I truly hope Dylan is on, so I can leave with another massive smile - which is not easy to find while going through this awful pain... yet I know he will supply this little bit of sunshine for us again! Good on you, BCF! You've got a true little gem in Dylan... he is a deadset keeper!

Second time in a row that I had issues with my gift card. Three different team members spent over an hour waiting on hold, to try and resolve it. They were all very friendly, professional and understanding. I wasn’t overly excited about the wait, but it was nice to know they were happy to help.

I was served by a lovely young lady named Emily. She was very knowledgeable and super helpful. Will definitely be back!

We went to BCF to get a few extra things to go camping with our young baby and our experience was made all the better from the excellent customer service given by Muzza. Muzza was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. A true asset to this retail store, we hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thanks again Muzza!

Called asked about availability of product, asked for product to be at counter for me so I could run in and out. When arrived it wasn't there the young boy I spoke to on the phone said he,d been busy but when I walk in the were standing around socialising with each other. Jay I think he,s name was is very rude and not very good at his job then at counter the girl was also not friendly. Very disappointing experience i,m a club member and won,t be going back there again. I hope this review helps you to decide to spend your money where they are happy to serve you and you leave happy.

I came to the store to pick up bbq weber for a birthday present. As soon as I walked into the store I was welcomed by Ben who was very polite and professional. Didn't realise how big the package was that the bbq came in. Ben went out of his way to help me, he measured the box and car space for me. We have managed to make it work. Ben is really good at his job and it's great to see how important the clients are to him. I'm stoked to have the birthday present ready! Big recognition for Ben. Went into Maroochydore BCF this morning to purchase a Weber bbq…without much knowledge of how to use it when I get home. Roger went above and beyond explaining the Weber to me and I left feeling very confident…Thankyou Roger. Payment was a breeze at the checkout thanks to a very friendly and helpful Lily who’s customer service went above and beyond. Thankyou Lily. A really well laid out store and service at front desk is quick even though the store is very busy at times. Large range of products with a very well equipped fishing department. Well located in Maroochydore and plenty of parking. Be sure to register as a BCF member as the deals are fantastic and the email alerts for upcoming sales are well received in our household. I see there’s been some negative reviews about waiting for service, but I can’t say I have experienced that, but then I’m quite chatty and never afraid to call out for someone’s attention. On occasions good old fashion service must remain as I constantly see staff helping people with larger items to their vehicle with trolleys. 10 out of 10 for BCF👍

Five star to Mr. Ben for his excellence service helping me get my first fishing kits. He was so so nice and helpful. I recommend everyone to find him in store if you need good guidance and best ever customer service.
