Beautiful and authentic Italian food in an industrial-style ambience.

The service was friendly and fast, making this an excellent restaurant to enjoy some much-needed catch-up time with loved ones.

Using TheFork voucher here made it extremely worthwhile and we will be back!

My family and I went here for lunch on Sunday.

It's a beautiful venue with both indoor and outdoor seating. Serving classic Italian food, cooked perfectly, with an incredible wine list amongst other drinks. They are also celebrating Sober October with some amazing Mocktails on offer. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, great with the kids and attentive without being too much. As soon as we arrived, the kids were given colouring in and we were able to order them food straight away to keep them happy!

I can't fault anything that we had. The food was all incredible. The GF pasta was so good, we wouldn't have known it was gf from the look or taste.
Standouts for us were both pasta dishes and the arancini 🤤 The wines that we tried were all 👌, some of the best I've had for a long time.

Both of our boys loved their meals and my 5yrnold ate a bit of everything and he declared 'its the best restaurant I've ever been to' and he's been to a lot, so that's high praise from him 💙

Highly recommend. Delicious food and service!
I took my partner there for his birthday and he could not wipe the smile off his face after eating the mozzarella entre. He almost ordered a second!
We did have to google some dishes as they were traditional italian names (being the uncultured couple we are!) but I bet we would have enjoyed anything off the menu because the food was just amazing. So tasty and so fresh!
Lovely atmosphere with lowered lighting and views of the open kitchen. It was nice to see the kitchen at work and head chef Mario made sure to come around to tables to assist where needed, which was a lovely touch.

Amazing experience! I’ve come here multiple times for dinner - and loved it - but tried the bottomless brunch for the first time and it was divine!
The drinks were great - especially the bellinis - and the food was a perfect amount for the three of us. The service was also superb, with the staff ensuring we always had a drink and we’re satisfied with our food.
Would 100% recommend Cicciabella in general and would definitely recommend the bottomless brunch.

Bottomless brunch was excellent in terms of service, quantity and quality of food as well as atmosphere. We loved the entrees and choice of drinks was great too. Highly recommend it for a group date :)

Lovely restaurant! The food was delicious, flavours were great and super fresh ingredients. The ambience was really nice and classy. It was hard to hear because it was an open space restaurant and you have the background noise of the kitchen and people talking. The staff were really friendly and the chef looked very skilled. There wasn't much vegetarian options so I would like to see more incorporated in the menu next time. Overall great experience.

The staff provided great and attentive service throughout our visit. Our meal was spaced out well from entrees to main meal. The food was prepared well and we enjoyed our dinner. Thank you 😊

This place is one of my favourite Italian spots of all time! Everytime I have gone (I have gone about 4 times now) the service has always been wonderful, staff have been polite & the food always has tasted amazing. You can tell that the pasta is made fresh in house. Restaurant manager is very nice and accomdating. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Cracking new addition to Parramatta! Classic Italian. Great produce classic presentation. Wine list is great. Service stunning.
Sunday lunch is a set menu with bottomless wine. Outstanding value!

The fit out of the restaurant was very sleek and modern. It had a great atmosphere, the team was very friendly and professional. Food was amazing, fresh and came out pretty fast. I highly recommend the rigatoni ossobuco ragu with the chilli oil and parmesan cheese, the best!

Squeezed me in last minute and very grateful. The service is exceptional, the staff do not miss a beat. The food, fresh and delicious! Portions are perfect and very fairly priced for the sizings of obviously fresh/quality Ingredients. A tasteful Wine menu with a mix of Local/Spanish tipples. Topped off my experience with a refreshing Aperol Spritz. Finally a taste of Italy in Parramatta, already cannot wait for for my next visit (will be sure to book ahead!)

Only tried the takeaway, but it was all pretty incredible and lived up to reputation. Pasta was still hot and pizza focaccia was light and fluffy.
Staff were incredibly polite. Will definitely have to go back and try eating in.

Very cool, modern twist on Italian food. The zucchini, almond starter was amazing. The olives, I have no words so big and juicy!!! The banoffe pie always was so fresh and light! Johnny and his team will look after you. Must visit restaurant in Parramatta! Will be back!

Delicious food, excellent service and wine pairing recommendation. Cool vibe with great music, perfect for ladies lunch and date night.

Superb Italian addition to the heart of Parramatta. We tried all their pastas in one sitting with the ossobuco ragu being our favourite. The barolo red wine was also an great addition. Will be visiting again soon.

Love this place for a late lunch or dinner! Went here foe their Aperitivo Hour which has great value for money snacks, mini cocktails and drinks. The burrata with crispy capers is a highlight. The staff was friendly and catered to our vegetarian dietary requirements by giving an off menu pasta option. The tiramisu is a must try as well to close off the meal.

Ordered marinated zucchini, market fish (snapper), and woodfired octopus. All were exceptionally delicious, with my favourite being the octopus. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely dinner with the family here! All waitstaff were friendly and accommodating, the staff member that attended to us was exceptional. The food was incredible, full of flavour, authentic and delicious. We were a group of 7 so ordered a variety of dishes and each one was amazing. Will definitely go back, so great to have this restaurant in our area!

We just stopped by for a couple of drinks and some pizza, it was fantastic. The campari spritz was really good, pizza was tasty, will definitely me back soon to try the rest of the menu.

Very accommodating and happy to assist me with my elderly father in law. I love sitting in this restaurant and watching the bartender make up the wonderful drinks. So much choice and food is fresh and very tasty.

I’m very thankful this place exists in my neighbourhood and love taking people here for their first time.

My in-laws came from the Northern beaches and saw the restaurant mentioned on a recent Sydney Weekender episode and were really pleased with the service, the food and the very attentive staff.
