Natasha Lee from Resourceful Recruitment was recently the intermediary between my job-seeking self and my now employer. The key thing that impressed me the most was how she intuitively saw that I fit the company and role she offered perfectly, even though we'd never spoken and I had a "quirky" CV. Through a friend, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to the team at Resourceful when I was made redundant from Goonyella in early 2020 due to COVID-19. When I lost my job, I found myself in my deepest moment of panic. Lucky for me, Natasha Lee and the team at RR found me a position locally in Brisbane within the first 3 weeks of being jobless. I am not a high-income-earner, so I know Resourceful weren't serving me for the money they could make from me, although I count my lucky stars for allowing me to stumble upon this particular recruitment company.
