Daiso Japan

I’ve visited so many stores for a pair of chopsticks and finally Daiso to the rescue! Great variety of items. The houjicha tea bags here are really great

They have everything you ever thought you'd need and double that. Thousands of items, umpteen versions of clothes pegs, food containers, etc, etc.

While on my last day of visiting Brisbane, I saw this Daiso store while on the bus to Central Station and immediately jumped off the next stop to dive into the store. Having visited Japan and adored their Daiso stores, I never knew Brisbane had one! It was wonderful to purchase from Daiso and have a bittersweet reminder of Japan.

Great little store where almost everything is $2.80. They have office supplies, gift wrap, cards, hundreds of hair and beauty items, tons of handy kitchen items, storage boxes....just about anything you might need! The store is well-lit and the colorful items make it quite cheerful.

My go to place for almost everything. This is the ultimate asian version of kmart.

This store has everything. And its great value. Most items are $3:10. Everytime i go something new to look at. Fast turnover of stock.

Great range of products, most $2-$3. Helpful staff. Store tidy, clean and well laid out. Always worth a look.

So many useful items and plenty of good innovative ideas like their variety of useful clothes/accessory hangers. Also loads of yummy Japanese lollies to try and a good selection of drinks in the fridge! Love that dried mango!

This place is great. Convenient location in the city and has everything I need. Love coming here for little nick nacks for the bathroom! Some hidden treasures.

Great range of cheap goods and yummy Japanese snacks. All sorts of things available here -- homewares, gardening items, cards, decorations, grooming instruments, etc. Friendly and efficient service. Good location near Queen Street Mall.

Take all your money and all your impulse buying urges and just go. If it's not $2.80 it's usually a multiple of this and still about 80% cheaper than you have ever found it before. Buy a bottle of Pokari Sweat (sports drink) and enjoy both the actual drink and look on friends and family members faces when you use it as a refillable water bottle

Great little Japanese shop with everything you need for running your day to day life. Always shop here when I need something on my travels, like socks, fibre towel, small shampoo bottles. You name it, they have it! Plus it's very cheap.

Love Daiso a must visit every week to check new stock, the only place to visit if you live in a small apartment.

A great and cheap variety store. Surprisingly good quality for $2.80. Offers so many useful things that there is bound to be something for everyone.
