Very clean peaceful environment for an infrared sauna. Cold water, towels & shower supplied. 45 minute session is perfect. Staff were very friendly & helpful. I’ll be back next week.

Absolutely amazing experience. I got a gift voucher for my birthday from one of my gorgeous friends. I got a sauna for 45 minutes and then I received a magnesium float tank for 60 minutes and it was the most relaxing experience I’ve had in a long time I got to listen to a podcast That I have while I was in the sauna and also podcast while I was floating in the magnesium tank which was a really great experience. They also play music if you like as well and I found it really fantastic.
Staff was amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Had lovely tea in between treatments and beautiful shampoos and conditioners and body wash that we used as well. City Cave is an absolute sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. The infrared saunas provide a deeply soothing and cleansing experience on a cellular level. The magnesium float pool is simply outstanding, providing a serene environment for complete mind and body restoration. My whole body experienced a level of relaxation that I felt lighter and freer in my movements the rest of the day. Amazing! The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every visitor feels comfortable and cared for throughout their entire visit. I highly recommend City Cave to anyone in need of a peaceful retreat and a revitalizing experience.

My first experience doing a float, was a little sceptical. The City Cave staff were super friendly and helpful.
I would recommend this to anyone who needs to switch off and experience calm.

The staff at the Mermaid Waters facility were extremely helpful and professional in organising my float and massage back to back on a Sunday.
As always the property was in immaculate condition.
The float was exquisite and as for the massage, I could have stayed there all day. So relaxing!! Thank you to the masseuse for a wonderful massage.

I had a great experience with them. The lady who massaged me was amazing! Made me feel comfortable and shared information with me about how I can do some stretches to help my back.

I came off the street and they took me in straight away. The girls were extremely accommodating and I was able to get a relaxation massage with Brooke.
Brooke was so knowledgeable and helpful and I walked out feeling relaxed and pampered.
I would usually pay $75 for the same time and paying the extra $35 and feeling completely pampered, was worth it.
They even make their own tea blends!
I'm going to go back and try the floatation pool next!

I bought the Flauna package. I have been regular IR Red user but it was my first floating experience. Being a muslim, privacy at my own space is always my priority, i felt safe to be in my skin and besides the property was spotless clean.Every room has a shower so I did not have to step out to go to shower. The warm welcome from the Receptionist was a bonus, from telephone call booking to in-person. The instructions were well conveyed. I would highly recommend this particular centre for people to get the best experience. As for the flauna experience, the IR sauna was excellent. The bluetooth connection for music was easy, the heat was perfect and lights worked well. As for floating, it came with earphones and head rest ring. Both rooms with shower stand. I felt fully rested and rejuvenated at the same time after Flauna. Had the best sleep ever. Thank you for the service and wonderful experience.

Excellent remedial massage with Matt Hales. He is so skilled and I always leave feeling so much better, with less aches & pains. I highly recommend him.

It would be no surprise to 'City Cave Mermaid Waters' how highly I value one of their practitioners there. Without the boring details, my right leg, foot, and my back are all sorts of wrong - to which only surgery can repair them, which is on its way. However, in the meantime I still need to function in life and it’s the ongoing treatments from the MYOTHERAPIST at City Cave Mermaid Waters – MATTHEW HALES - that allows me to do that. No, Matthew is not a miracle worker, he can’t fix it - but his ongoing treatments allow me to live a VERY full life. Without a doubt I notice the difference when I am away for an extended period. I am not saying for one second that he can repair a medical issue - I am saying that FOR ME, and for MY SITUATION, his knowledge, expertise – the additional skillset he has as a Myotherapist, allows me to get the most out of my life while I wait for my surgery - which as a side note, they've put off, saying that while I am 'coping' so well, they will leave it as long as possible. (Apparently, I am 'too young' for them to rush into it - which I am not that young....... but I hold onto those words anyway.... the older you get the more you appreciate it when someone calls you young .....lol)
If you are looking for someone that actually gives a damn about their clients – not one that is just going to ‘do a massage’ - then I can not recommend Matthew Hales at City Cave Mermaid Waters any higher. Whenever any family member or friend has any issues or concerns, I immediately refer them to Matthew.
What I also recommend is doing some research – the difference between a Massage Therapist and a Myotherapist – there is a VAST difference.
Final note – the bonus of Matthew being at City Cave, is that you can have a Sauna, followed by a ‘float’ and then see Matthew for a treatment. Your body will love you for it.

I visited City Cave at Mermaid Waters for the first time this week - and based on my experience, I have already booked another visit.
To be honest, I had never thought of using their services, but a friend gave me a gift voucher to use and I am so grateful they did.
Being a new customer, I was unsure what service to use, but the staff took the time to explain the different options to me and took me on a tour of the premises. I opted for a floatage - float followed by a massage.
On the day of my appointment, I was shown a short video on how to enjoy the best float experience and then the staff member took me to my private room and explained more. After choosing the music I wanted played, they left me to enjoy my float. It was wonderful and relaxing - I feel asleep.
After my hour long float, I enjoyed a 45 minute massage - a perfect compliment to the float.
I was invited to stay and enjoy a tea or water and use the 'beauty bar' at the end of my massage.
There was no hard sell to try and book me in for another service.

I floated 3 days ago and have enjoyed 3 wonderful nights of sleep since (I haven't had a decent sleep in months due to a frozen shoulder).

The whole experience was relaxing and stress free and I am experiencing ongoing benefits.

Had the best experience with the float. Absolutely loved it, I could have done longer so I will definitely be going again. I felt rejuvenated and fresh after my float. Definitely recommend doing this.
