One of the best cold stores I’ve ever been to. It’s huge and they have absolutely everything and there’s always someone to ask if you can’t find something.

It's a coles. It's has a mochi freezer , and no one panic buys at this ome for some reason . Can't find ice cream in surfers or braody ? Go to this one . Ol love, Meredith has all the cream you need. Go in and ask for her pies they're the best. A but messy but alot of cream .

Generally a good assortment of choices. Usually good parking available as well.

We like this Coles. Its quite big and more variety and has everything we need. Also, just outside is a fruit and vegetable market. Huge variety of produce. If you like watercress you may just be there on the day they're in!🌱🌱

Coles Mermaid Waters has an extensive range of fresh,frozen and packaged foods,very helpful staff and plenty of checkouts both self serve and assisted,friendly staff all over the store.

Coles is Coles but extra friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Nice and clean as well. The water hasn't much variety, but that's nothing, it's all good 😎

Wow! John in produce went out of his way to make sure we had at least 2 soft avocados for tomorrows Super Bowl celebration. Awesome customer service!

Very good. All the major supermarkets Coles, Woolworths and Aldi in one place, together with a butcher shop and bakery. Coles had a good range of meat at reasonable prices. Very spacious and pleasant shopping experience. Fast self checkout.

I wish all coles stores could be like this one. Fully stocked, smiling staff, and the layout is awesome.

We like Coles Q Super Centre. Has everything we need. Nice coffee shops here too. Also Goldstein's have great HOT coffee! We go here if we are in the area, otherwise we go to Coles Worongary, closer to home.

Today I came into the store in a pretty ordinary mood for reasons I probably shouldn’t discus but because I found a little common ground with teenage children with a lovely lady on the checkout named Amanda I left feeling 100% better. Thank you . You have very nice staff

My first Coles to Visit at Q Super Centre! Found the smiling staff manager very welcoming and helpful 😊🙌 female lockers and toilets were clean.

Amazing staff. I was from I out town, near closing, and 3 staff members were helping me walk around and collect my groceries in a timely manner. Great to see such respect for customers.

COLES at Q Is always a good shopping experience. Including click and collect. Well stocked. The team are fantastic. So friendly and helpful. SHARON is a gem.

The shelves were fully stocked which was much better than my normal shop in the centre. I used to shop exclusively Coles then about 8 years ago changed to Woolworths and now the pendulum is swinging back. In saying that I find Aldi has many great products and a lot cheaper. Store is well presented, yesterday in Woolworths the aisles were clogged with shelf stackers. Was able to get in and out quickly.

I’ve shopped here so much I can tell you where anything is.
Love the layout. Always has everything in stock. Staff are always busy stocking and cleaning. Self serve and checkout staff are always polite.

Open store, easy to navigate. No line at checkout, will be back

Well set out store with plenty of room to move. Lots of extra products offered besides usual groceries. Helpful staff. Happy to recommend!
