Orange Maple Properties

I have used a number of agencies now to rent out my house, and Orange Maple has been the best of the lot. I have now used them for over 5 years, but now selling my home and leaving the country, otherwise I would still be using them. Anil listened to my concerns when I first engaged them and addressed them and kept the communication up. While his team is now larger and I now deal mostly with them on day to day issues, Anil will still always take the time to respond to my calls and has come out to meet me when visiting the house from outer state to do house inspections, rather than sending others. I feel like they are looking after my property, but will also look after the tenant with reasonable explanations if I am questioning things which shows they talk to the tenants and get the full story, and during my visits Anil treated the tenants with respect. Big difference is, that while they know I won't be using their service again in the near future, they haven't just taken their money and run (which is what I have experienced from pervious agencies), they are fully engaged while handling the close out of the last tenant, .
