One of my favourite little spots in Brisbane. The owners are incredible and you can feel the love in the store. New books are constantly being bought in and if you can’t find the book you are after they order it in and it arrives with speed. I can spend hours here and can’t wait to finish a book and visit again (which happens often).

This bookstore is an absolute treasure! They have great books and gifts and helpful staff. If you don't find what you are looking for, they will order it on, no problem.

Such lovely and helpful people. Left getting a book until the last days of school holidays, but books@stones saved my day. Not to mention they were such chatty and friendly people. Going to use them next year for all our books.

Haven’t visited the shopfront, however used their website for a book order. Processed quickly, dispatch was quick and I received my order within days. Had some issues with using their PayPal portal (not sure if my end or theirs) however, alternate direct deposit option worked just as well.

Fantastic little 📚 book shop in Stones Corner, with top sellers, biographies, array of topics cooking , design , travel , kids books . Nestled between cafes, street parking 🅿 or in carpark. Super helpful

It is such a lovely, cosy, well stocked book store and the staff are wonderful. Lots of things on on the street, a real village atmosphere & plenty of coffee shops also - highly recommend a visit.

Fantastic bookstore with books signed by authors and where you can order in what you want. I got a signed copy of Alice Zaslavslaky's new book 'The Joy of Better Cooking'. The store owner is ordering a couple of other books for me, by a local Briabane author, Claire Scrine - the 'Shared Kitchen' and the 'Shared Table'.

Excellent customer service, very helpful and friendly staff always and really diverse variety of books!

Wonderful book store. Lovely owners 📚

Came across this bookshop whilst having to come to this area for an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised as it reminded me of bookstores that you see in movies! It has a lovely “feel “ to it and the owner was very knowledgeable about the author of the book that I purchased. I have since bought more books on line from them as it is important to support small businesses, especially when the service was great and the owners are a source of knowledge. I will definitely go out of my way to go back to the store even though it is out of my area. Definitely worth a visit!

Terrific bookshop with the most amazing team running it. Karen and Michael know about all the books they have and can easily get any book they don't have in the shop. It's a bibliophile's delight to chat with other bibliophiles about books and getting personal expert help rather than having to deal with a larger shop's salesperson. It is especially incredible that they proactively support local authors as well as the standard international ones. They also support local book clubs and schools. A bookshop worth the visit.

What a lovely book store. Super selection of books, but particularly loved their kids section. Took home some keepers and will be back for more.

Wonderful bookshop full of fascinating books for everyone. They even have a textbook section and have previously ordered in books for me that were difficult to find otherwise. Their prices are actually cheaper than the big online book companies - today I bought 3 books that were each $3 - $8 cheaper than I could have bought them online for, with the added bonuses of not paying postage (of course) and getting to spend time in this adorable store. I really recommend people come here first and see the range and speak to the friendly staff before ordering from the big online companies. Shop local!
