Absolutely above and beyond. Old fashioned customer service that you just don’t get any more even cleaned my car inside and out. WELL DONE!! Jason handled and took care of everything, I even got my car back in 2 days. So happy with the work and professionalism. It was an insurance job via budget direct and it went so smoothly and stress free I just couldn’t believe it. Best crash repairs on the coast and I know I’m happy to recommended family and friends or anyone in that matter, you will be completely looked after and a job well done! If you ever need panel repairs to your vehicle this is the best place to go on the Gold Coast at Nerang. . I recently had some minor repairs done and they produced an excellent job. Their Quote/price was very good as well. I highly recommend their business.

Jason and the team were brilliant. I got a text the day before with instructions on where to go and reminding me of my appointment. I was met by Jason as I pulled up and he was thorough with going over the damage. Outlined a timeline for repair and stuck to it.

I was especially impressed with the pickup and the quality of the job they did. I was especially impressed that they scrubbed the car inside and out to the point that it looked like it had just come off the lot.

We took our car to Danny and Jason for assessment following a minor accident (no fault of ours). Part took 2 weeks to arrive from Melbourne and we were pleasantly surprised as we thought it would be coming from o/s.
Dropped our car in this morning 9/11 and picked it up at 3pm. Not only does it look brand new, the fellas have washed and vacuumed it for us as well.

After a recent recommendation, I took my car in to the Panel Shop. I met with Jason. He was exceptional. He assessed my car on the spot. He then went on to fix the problem, and then offered other cost effective measures to have my car back to new. I was so impressed. I would throughly recommend them, especially after this recent experience.

I recently had the pleasure of using these guys, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the knowledgeable staff who were ready to help me with my car repairs. The team took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with a detailed breakdown of the repair process, including cost estimates and a timeline for completion.

The repair work that was done on my Mazda 3 was of the highest quality. The shop's technicians were skilled and experienced in their work, i was hesitant at first when they said it would be done in a day however they delivered with full confidence. The final result was a car that looked and felt like it was brand new.

They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, and they were always available to answer any questions that I had.

Excellent service by Jason and Danny. I went in for a lengthy panel scratch expecting a quote. Jason stopped what he was doing and attempted repairing it with a cut, polish and buff. They took it on as a challenge and the repair is now 100 percent complete after about 30 minutes of effort on their part. Far exceeded my expectations. In addition to that I was recommended by another Panel shop of their quality work. Highly recommended.

A couple of weeks back, a piece of metal was flung up from a car in front of me on the motorway leaving a noticeable gouge in my bumper, and to top it off someone opened their door onto the side of my car leaving a dreaded “carpark” ding in my back rear panel. I took my car to Jason who gave me a very reasonable quote, and was able to fit me in within a few days. The quality of his work was excellent, and he even touched up a few stone chips as well. If I’m ever in need of repairs again I’ll definitely go back to him, and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him either. Thanks Jason.

Really amazing work they did an amazing job my husbands Ute . He had a quote from other places for loads but he took his Ute there for a quote and they fixed his front bumper scratch there and then ! Totally recommend what an amazing service !
