I've been a costumer there for the last five years, the staff is always lovey and the place smells amazing every time. The products are expensive but the results they deliver worth all the money I've spend there all this time.

I pop in on 27/8 , Justyna was assisting me, she is so lovely and so professional,she introduced all the product that I was looking for.
I will definitely back to this store once I finish my Aesop skin care !!

Adam and the team at Newtown are exceptional. They went above and beyond to answer any questions, and are always friendly and welcoming. It's a small shopfront but they carry all the products you need, and the space is really beautifully designed in that classic Aesop way.
I think it is a great alternative to the busy CBD. The funky King Street vibe offers a good complement to this store, and when you walk through the door it is so peaceful and quiet!

We had an amazing experience yesterday in the shop. Wendy is so kind and she took the time to explain to us what product was the best for us. We explained to her that tomorrow we will take a flight and she gave us a lot of samples to take care of us during the travel. Definitely one of the best Aesop store we’ve been to. Just went in (on a Saturday leading up to Christmas- peak hour) and the staff were so lovely and efficient, coming outside to attend to the line of people waiting to get in to make the process smoother. Despite the store being full when I got there, I was in and out in less than ten minutes with the product I was buying for myself plus a nicely put together gift + samples for the present I was getting for someone else. I will continue to shop here.

The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many kind of skincare. When I buy serum, the staff give me some samples of conditioner and serums. That's very lovely.
