I came here yesterday looking for a pair of Red Wing Iron Ranger boots.
The staff were all smiles when I walked in and the guy who served me was really helpful (Daniel)
We got chatting while he helped me with a few sizes. While I didn’t end up buying a pair of boots because they didn’t have the particular colour I wanted Dan was still super patient and chill the whole time.
This store stocks quality products backed by awesome service.
I rate it.

This place has amazing quality clothing & lifestyle products, filled with lot of ethically conscious brands. The price is definitely on the high end but is well worth it given how the products here last long compared to budget places. Definitely worth checking out in Newtown.

Had a great experience with Maple Store after stumbling across their online shop. Sent an email querying the best jeans for my fit and Lottie came back quickly with some great options. Purchased based on their recommendation and couldn’t be happier with the fit. What an outstanding experience.

The staff at Maple are absolutely phenomenal. I saw 2 staff effectively manage about 30 customers on Saturday afternoon and was blown away at how engaging and helpful they were the whole time. Transparent and not at all pushy which is a nice change of pace from some other stores in the area.

A fantastic selection of clothes, footwear, bags, gear and accessories as well.

I will absolutely be back. 10/10

The staff at Maplestore are phenomenal!

There was a small mixup with sizing when I purchased a pair of pants in store, which I didn't realise until returning home overseas.

The staff were incredibly helpful and shipped me the pair in the size I wanted as soon as I had shipped the other pair to return, paying for all shipping costs.

Absolutely amazing service, and I will definitely be back!

I have had my heart set on a pair of amber Red Wing Iron Rangers for many years, and recently decided to take the plunge and get myself a pair.
I went in store to get correct sizing with no plans to buy on the day (had to wait for payday!). I was given friendly assistance in sizing, how the leather would stretch once broken in, and general care tips. I tried on a couple of black pairs as the amber colour was out of stock in my size - this wasn't a problem, the person serving me could arrange to bring a pair in for me, and there was no pressure on me to purchase anything then and there once I explained I couldn't yet afford a pair. I can't remember the name of the person who served me, but she was very helpful on a busy day, so a big thank you.
I ended up buying online a few weeks later with the recommended care products. Very fast postage, everything packed carefully. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a hand written note from Desiree and a free pair of Red Wing work socks - a really nice touch.

Came here to find my size in klemans and not only was I overjoyed when I found it, but so were the staff! By far one of the friendliest and least pressurising shopping experiences I've ever had, and a fantastic range too. Just a pity they don't have stores up in Brisbane, I'd go everyday :((

I have shopped here on and off for a few years. As others have pointed out, Maple stocks some beautiful and unique European, American and Japanese made clothes. They are more expensive than fast fashion but last much longer.

The staff are so lovely and helpful. Once, they helped me replace a defective pair of Stan Ray pants without a fuss. They are passionate about well-made clothes and denim, always a pleasure going to Maple.

Great jeans. I always find the staff friendly and unpretentious; never overly pushy but helpful if you need it. They're happy to order things across from other stores too. I've no idea what the previous reviewer is referring to with their website – you definitely do not need to supply your email address to browse!

I have ordered now twice through Maplestore and both times my experience has been really great! In particular, in my last order, I really appreciated the hand-written thank you note

I also really enjoy both the variety and quality of clothing brands which they have on offer, as they are quite hard to come by here in Australia

A delightful online-shopping experience. Everything from order confirmation down to the packaging and delicious gifted soap was perfection. I was impressed with the speed my order arrived, too. A handwritten 'thank you' note in my box was the icing on the cake. Retail at its best.

I have been shopping on and off with this store for years. The range is fantastic, the quality of the product is always as advertised and most importantly the service is as good as it gets.

I just received an item i purchased online within 48 hours of placing the order and i live in another state. The package was well protected, included a personalised note which contained a sincere thankyou and the staff had included a small gift with the order.

My friend Jasmin always likes going to this store. It's a nice store with great customer service. I purchased shoes there on a Thursday and the staff were very helpful and informative. I am wearing these shoes as I write this. It's an amazing world we live in.
