You wouldn't call them cheap and you wouldn't call them polite. Last resort kinda place.

Horrible customer service. Asked for a vape and the worker automatically assumed I didn’t want any nicotine. Who does that?! ALWAYS preface whether you want nicotine or not. Especially on a Saturday night!! Otherwise why the hell am I wasting $15 on flavoured air???
We asked for a refund or some kind of discount on a proper vape and the guy did NOT budge. I jus think this is so unfair. AND ANOTHER THING what is with the singular lemon in the drink refrigerator???

Terrible experience here last night. The man that was on was extremely unfriendly when asked what the most popular brand of vape he just ignored me, I asked again and he pretended he didn’t know. Never going back I’ll get my goods from a place who are kind and nice to customers.

What a surprise, a City Convenience store without prices! Popped in to buy a drink, walked out when I saw there were no prices on the fridges. You're selling drinks and food, not real estate, tell us how much something will cost

Staff was really rude ,, I should have call a police

This morning at 09.05am, I went to this store. I came inside but nobody there, so i call and said hello..excusme..hello..

After 30 seconds, one man staff came up and look at me with unfriendly face and walked to the cashier machine.

I asked him if I can top up my Opal Card. But he didnt answered me. After that I opened my wallet and put my money in front of me and suddenly he speak. He said " THAT'S TOO FAR AWAY!"

I dont understand what is too far away since I know this is only a very small store.

After that the staff grab my money and throw my money very sarcastic to the cashier machine and yelled at me : "YOU PUT THE MONEY TOO FAR AWAL FROM ME!!!"

I was shocked and speechless. After that I took my opal card and said THANK YOU!

AND YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THAT, SUDDENLY THE MAN STAFF SPIT TO MY FACE!!

IM SOOOO SHOCKED AS A WOMAN THIS UNPOLITE THING EVER HAPPENED TO ME. I AM A CUSTOMER AND A WOMAN.

IS THIS CITY CONVENIENCE STORE STAFF TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER?!!!! SPIT TO THEIR CUSTOMER??!!

Ask for a vape, they me a not nic vape bruh

Bought a pie. it was ludicrously expensive & had no price tag on it.

The pie must have been there for weeks, it was bone dry on the inside, and looked like charred wood. Immediately thrown in the bin.

Quite possibly the worst place to ever get anything convenient. Everything is way over priced. I’d rather walk another 10 minutes to 7-11 to get the same thing for half the price. 10$ charge to use the ATM.... Wow

Staff are consistently rude, and they have expensive credit card surcharges. I have stopped coming here altogether, I would suggest going the iga down the road or king st grocer.

Make sure you check that the amount on the till matches the Eftpos machine...I got overcharged by $10 (only noticed when the notification popped up on my phone later....you live and learn I guess 🥴)
