I was extremely nervous to visit a dentist since I haven’t been in many years. I was treated by Chanel, she was very articulate and exceptional with everything she did. Her work speaks wonders, she’s very time efficient and caring for my dental needs. Everything pain free. I would only recommend my family and friends here to see her.

First time at Smile Dentistry and I must say hands down this has been the best experience I've ever been. I'm the type of person that has claustrophobia and can get anxious in any Dentist clinics. Smile Dentistry isn't your typical place to be - they value every customer that walks through their doors. I was greeted with warmth and welcoming acknowledgments. Chanel & Herbert are absolute gems! they made sure I was comfortable at all times especially with every step that Chanel does and they both provided me with above and beyond services and expertise. Every staff member here are beautiful people. This isn't any ordinary team they were more of one big family which made me feel comfortable. I can now tell myself that I'm no longer scared and DEFINITELY will be back for my next appointment ! Recommend them both again ! Thank you once again Smile Dentistry you've placed another SMILE into this world !

Glam smile veneers are the best ever, and even better are the staff for getting them fitted. Dr Christine Howard is the best for fitting them. The staff from the front office to the back room are so nice and friendly and approachable all the time. I would recommend this practice at anytime. It's not all about veneers there, they just give you son much help when it comes to any dental work. They're that good i travel up from Canberra where i live.

The team at smile dentistry are great, and Christina is absolutely fantastic! Been coming here since I was a kid, and Christina’s years of experience and knowledge has kept my teeth in pristine condition. Excellent at preventative care and incredibly thorough. Could not recommend highly enough!

I've been going to Smile Dentistry in Balmain for years now, they are great and always very professional and friendly. Today I needed X-Rays and 2 fillings, and Chanel who looked after me was so gentle and careful. Great job, it was painless and over pretty quickly! Highly recommended.

As someone who has been afraid of the dentist her entire life, getting a wisdom tooth out was terrifying... or so I thought. Before the actual extraction, Dr Shaya explained the process thoroughly and was very patient and reassuring. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the experience surprisingly positive. I approached Dr Howard after a 20-year phobia of dentists. She immediately understood my concerns, and her problem-solving response won my trust. Over 17 months I had braces, teeth extractions and fillings done by Dr Howard and her brilliant (professional and friendly) team, without hesitation. Dr Howard and her team are honestly the best in the business! I personally will not go anywhere else! I can explain the amount of times that Dr Howard has saved me from unbearable pain. Everyone who works at this dentistry is accommodating and it's a plus that the dentistry itself is very neat and tidy. I recommend everyone I know to this first class dentistry.

Love this practice. Dr. Christina and her team are always happy and friendly. It feels like visiting family when I come to see my dentist. My children comes here since they first had teeth and they love each visit as everyone makes it so enjoyable.

Dr Christina Howard is the best dentist I have ever meet.
I had root cannel, couple of crowns from different dentist, and the crowns broken after 3 years. I asked Christina to fix or put a new crown for me. She told me it is not the problem of my crown; it is the position of my teeth need adjust. She suggested me to put on brace. I am in middle 40s, but I trusted Christina because she told me the truth. I could waste couple of thousands dollar to have new crowns (which would not last long) or half the price to adjust the teeth. I am so glad follow her suggestion to put on braces.
Now is the second month of my brace, I feel the tension released from my teeth and my face. The teeth not fight each other anymore.
If you want have your teeth problems fix in the long term, go to Christina, I fully trusted her skills. She will put your health ahead of anything.

Had my first visit here with Dr Shaya Elliin to get my teeth whiten. The entire visit was very pleasant and professional, Dr Christina also came out to greet me and ensured that I was accommodated. Shaya was extremely helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire process. My bottom teeth had a history of sensitivity and he went out of his way to ensure that my gums were protected during the entire whitening process.
I am very thankful for having Dr Shaya conduct my whitening and would definitely recommend seeking him out if you are after a reliable, professional and friendly dentist.

Dr. Christiana Howard did a great job. Immediately put me at ease and did a great job fixing my issue. She was good at explaining and was very customer focused.

Dr Herbert is very friendly and is excellent in the way he conducts his work. He is by far the best orthodontist employed at Smile - nothing beats his charisma and high quality work and effort.

When Dr Herbert is not in charge of my teeth for an appointment, I am not happy with the quality of the orthodontists who work on my teeth. They are usually quite rough and are not friendly/don’t speak at all.

I find it a little bit uncomfortable how employees feel free to walk in and out of closed doors while I’m in the middle of my appointment. I don’t enjoy hearing my orthodontist talking with someone about a miscarriage while she is fiddling with my teeth. I do not have this experience with Dr Herbert.

The new dentist room upstairs is very nice and modern, but the rooms downstairs are very tired and haven’t changed much in the 15+ years I have been going to Smile Dentistry.

Dr Howard is a bit rough with my teeth but she is very experienced.
