Wheeler Garden Chinese Restaurant

Went last night and it was manic! One poor lone teen taking care of restaurant floor orders, walk ins and phone orders. Wait times were long but he handled business like a boss! Even when confronted with a disgruntled customer who abused kitchen staff and behaved terribly infront on diners.
We waited patiently and when our food arrived it was worth the wait! Fresh! Full of flavour and fabulous pricing!
Hats off to the young man who served us and everyone else in that restaurant. Absolute legend!!

Really like this restaurant. The service was a bit chaotic the night I went but I think that was because they were so busy. Definitely judging by the parking. The honey prawns are excellent as are the prawn dumplings.

I’ve been going here for 30+ years and as we enjoy Chinese food this Restaurant serves authentic meals.
What ever you choose from their extensive menu, whether eat-in or take-away you will be totally delighted.

Delicious food fast and friendly service packed mid week is always a good sign the Mongolian lamb was my personal favourite definitely recommend

Been visiting wheeler gardens with my family since for 30yrs! We all love wheeler gardens and often celebrate family birthdays eating here! Love the new renovation and meals great as ever!

Didn't know this place existed? Gave it a try, we need a great chinese on the beaches. Especially, since Terrey Hills Chinese is no longer around. Spicy and the aromas just too good, got the spicy lamb dish, vege and the rice was well cooked, and fresh ingredients.

30 person banquet, plenty of food,good service, underground parking,not to expensive

Hi Guys, I will now be commencing my review. After much deliberation at a work function in the early hours of the morning, we came to the conclusion that we needed to increase group intimacy. A family friend recommended we try out oriental food as not only are you getting a taste of their food, but also, their intimate culture.

Look no further than Wheeler Gardens for both great food and great company. The only thing tighter than our groups bond at the end of the night, was the sheer strength that our table crockery was glued to the sticky tables, however, this only added to the authentic atmosphere of the evening.

I would recommend Wheeler Gardens Chinese to close friends and family. - 5/5

Generous portions, value for money, fast pick up service

The food is magnificent at this restaurant. So tasty, served quickly and hot. Truly hard to beat. You will go back again and again.

To all those whingers who are complaining alongside when this restaurant re opened, understand there may be logistical hiccups along the way. Ive been dining here for over 30 years and one can reasonably expect when a restaurant is busy it means they are good so a little patience goes a long way. If you don't like it come out of peak time. A full restaurant, huge take away requests means expect to wait. I love coming here. The food is tasty and the staff are lovely.

Came for the lunch special, sweet and sour was flavoursome even the plain egg fried rice was great, Will definitely come back.

Fabulous takeaway experience & food! I didnt realize they closed Mondays - was my wifes (Covid quarantine) birthday - emailed our order in the afternoon and because it was a special birthday they opened Monday for us and delivered the best takeaway Chinese food we have had in this area having lived here for 35+ years. Rainbow Beef and Sechuan Lamb were standouts - but all the food was terrific. Highly recommend the food, and love the wonderful service!

Came here for dinner one night and not only was the food amazing but also the service. Best affordable chinese on the Northern Beaches! Would recommend.

We ordered some food for a family birthday and didn't realise that this restaurant is closed on Mondays. But next thing we knew they called and said they would make our order because it was a special occasion! Amazing food and incredible service!!!!

We got our home delivery and it was so hot and fresh. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s now our go to for Chinese food.
