Disgusting customer service!! Requested a quote for ducted air via the Brisbane office on 18th October. No response after 2 weeks. Contacted the office and was told they were busy and to wait another 7 days. Still no response. Rang again after 3 weeks of waiting, was told they would send the quote soon. My wife then followed up 3 days after that, and was rudely spoken to by the admin girl, and told we had to wait again. It is now 30th November and still no contact from the company. Cannot believe companies think it is OK to not even respond to customers even after 6 weeks? Luckily we found another awesome company that provided a quote the same day and our ducted system is being installed tomorrow 😊

got in touch with them and booked at time for someone to come and inspect my air con. They were a no-show, no phone call, no notification, nothing. a bunch of unprofessional time wasters, never again.
