Wow! I was SO grateful for the amazing service I received on Sunday from the lovely Jess who went above and beyond the call of duty behind the print desk.
Her knowledge of all the available products and how to assist me with my friends wedding stationary- menus, signs, everything! So fantastic! Worth her weight in gold!(as they say!) Thankyou

I went to get my Nan’s funeral service flyers printed today, the staff member named Jessica helped me with all my printing requests. Great customer service and was very quick! Thank you Jessica! I highly recommend her for any enquiries :)

Had to get some photos printed from my phone went Officeworks Campbelltown about 20 minutes before closing on Thursday night 9/02/24 ... I had problems printing them ... then along came Lily who sorted everything out but I was pretty impressed with Lilies patience and exceptional customer service skills which was greatly appreciated ...

We at cash savvy use officeworks frequently for diaries, posters and store supplies. The staff are always pleasant, helpful and efficient. They always go above and beyond to help us.

Campbelltown Officeworks helped me with my Fundraiser without hesitation. Aside from that I have always had very good service at Campbelltown Officeworks.

I was unable to scan a document to the right requirements at home. The staff here were absolutely fantastic they done all the documents for me fast and professionally. The customer service from the two ladies whom helped me today was brilliant

Returned some faulty audio earbuds. No hesitation or hassle with a refund. They even had another store put a pair on hold for me in the colour I wanted as the replacements.

Fantastic Office Works. Staff there are super friendly and helpful. Had a click snd collect to pick up. (Hold for 30 days, as of Dec 2022) Was super easy with no issues. They have Ramp access into the store with disabled parking. Layout of the store was great light and spacious. Most of all staff there are fantastic. Thank you so much.

Needed a photo transferred onto canvas for a friend's birthday present. Gabbi and Bianca couldn't have been more helpful, explained the different types, layouts and borders to get the ideal canvas image for my needs Then ensured that it was ready for collection the day before I required it. Such lovely, happy, helpful staff members who deserve a big part in the back. Thanks ladies, my friend was overjoyed with the wonderful present.

Marcus was such a great guy today. Went to buy an apple watch and asked him for help. He was absolutely knowledgeable, polite, honest, and happily answered a lot of questions i had. Giving 5 stars because of his genuine and refreshing customer skills which made shopping experience great.

Lily helped me at the printing counter with my many requirements from A4 laminated prints to A1 posters. They look brilliant. She was patient, quick, knowledgeable and did it all with a smile.

I know nothing about technology so I asked to speak to someone about computers/laptops. I was introduced to Marcus and I must say, his honesty, knowledge and genuine approach has been the greatest customer service I have ever had from my dealings with office works, ever. What an outstanding dude. Marcus, thank you for being real and explaining perfectly what my son and I needed to hear. Your tip top.

Liz at Campbelltown provided wonderful service and support. We purchased chairs from officeworks and had concerns due to seeing some faulty chairs at another officeworks store and she patiently unpacked and inspected each chair before loading into our car.

Very happy with the service this morning! Came in to print out some booklets for a funeral and couldn’t make a decision. I was patiently served by Jessica D who made some very helpful suggestions and the booklets came out beautifully. Thankyou so much!

Always absolutely amazing customer service from Shayla, she's helped me a lot in the past with printing my uni work and also printing advertising posters and signage for my job. She is always so friendly, tonight she even stayed back late to make a banner for me and even went to the effort of resizing and altering it, it turned out perfect! Thank you :)

I visited this store recently, and was helped by a staff member called Kate. She was absolutely fantastic! She took the time, and put in a lot of effort to assist me in printing an important item I needed for a work presentation. Will 100% use her services again. Kudos to Ms Jena and her excellent customer service skills that even though we had to wait for a long period of time to be assisted with our daughter's invitation card, she handled our concern with much tact and confidence. Making the wait worthwhile.
