Laurie in furniture, Chloe in bedding and Will in appliances have been an absolute God send for me. I walked in nervous and anxious about furnishing a new house on my own. They all 3 took the time to talk to me about options, sizing and pricing. Laurie went as far as measuring couches for me. Will researched information for me. Chloe was super patient and discussed best fit mattresses. I walked out feeling secure and comfortable and ready for my new journey.

Great customer service. All the team members including Manager and the staff member ( Mohammed) who so helpful. Recently we had an issue with our daughter’s mattress we bought from Harvey Norman Campbelltown. Even though it was my fault but the team resolved the issue quickly. Very efficient team, excellent customer service, positive attitude.

Bought a new fridge!! Staff were really helpful & weren’t over crowding us when we were looking. When we had chosen one, the process was simple & the fridge was delivered the following day, a Sunday!!
The two men that delivered it were amazing!! Polite, chatty & helpful!! Went out of their way to make sure everything fit & nothing was scratched!! They took the old fridge away too & cleaned up everything!!! Thank you Marco & Steve (the delivery guys)❤❤

Shopping at your store is a great experience for my family ❤ I would like to thank your trainee staff Gloria who makes our life easier by helping us to choose right pillow for my stiff neck , the good thing about her is that she let me try all kind of pillows which Iam comfortable with ,However I really don’t have a mood to buy one but her positive energy,smiley face, positive vibe attracts me to do so, Not all staff is same over there some have a attitude problems and lack confidence of speak but I must say gloria she a very good sales representative her ability to adapt your sales pitch to the customers specific needs was impressive. It showcased the deep understanding of their challenges and needs toward the customers , keep that’s spirit on .

I had a wonderful experience with William very professional and the drivers also delivered the fridge with friendly service I was one very happy customer.

I had a great shopping experience at harvey campeltown. Especially the new trainee staff Gloria Kumar she wasn’t sure about some products but one thing I would like to say about that she didn’t confuse us, she knew what she waa doing. Very friendly and easy to understand. She sold me a tempur pillow. With that friendly staff we love to visit again

From the street you would think that this is just another unassuming Harvey Norman store, but when you enter the store I guarantee you that the first words that come out of your mouth are

And smack bang in the middle of the store are two escalators that take you to the underground carpark
Now here's a secret. Busying himself in the appliance and technology section is a staff member called David. An exceptional gentleman who will go out of his way to help you with anything you need, a real stand out. Ask for him by name.
Oh there are also what I class as 5 star toilets within the store, extremely generous for a retail shop.

My partner and I were recently assisted by Kyle and Adriana to purchase a new Roborock vacuum. Kyle and Adriana's understanding of robot vacuums was very helpful and they were able to explain the features and benefits of each model with such clarity that I felt confident in our decision. They took the time to understand our specific needs and allowed us to bring in our dog hair to make sure the vacuums could actually cope with our cleaning needs which our previous Ecovacs robot vacuum couldn’t. Their personalised approach made all the difference, ensuring that I walked out of the store with exactly what I was looking for. Overall, we are very happy with our Roborock purchase and professional service with Harvey Norman.

Very impressed with the level of service when purchasing our latest washing machine. Akon went above and beyond to assist and even completed a follow up call a week later to make sure that everything was ok and we were happy with the purchase. Grateful for the level of service and assistance. Wouldn't hesitate to make future purchases there.

After bad experience with the liverpool store, in June 2022 I went to Campbelltown store to purchase a jura Z10 coffee machine which by the way makes fantastic coffee. I spoke to a sales lady Renee T she was so professional and patient answered all my questions obviously was many of them due to the price, she matched price and also offered the 6 months interest free Renee also took the big box to my car. This experience makes me go back to Campbelltown store if I need anything else, thanks Renee T

So we bought some beds, electrical appliances and a lounge, everyone was so helpful and we got a great price but the standout for us was that we bought a display model lounge and there was two small leather side pieces missing from the lounge, the boss said he’d try to source some for us and they would be $200 or he may have some at the warehouse that he would just give to us.
We expected to pay the $200 but when our lounge arrived he had included them in our delivery free of charge, The delivery guys lifted our heavy furniture up three flights of stairs like it was nothing.

From start to finish, Harvey Norman Campbelltown was such a pleasure to deal with and we’d recommend them to anyone.
