Baker and Daughters

This bakery was recommended to us and we went without high expectations. Turns out we’ve had the freshest & best sandwiches + bread in a very long time. Great iced coffee too. We definitely come back to try their pastries and even more sandwiches :) amazing!

Had a great batch brew / filter coffee and a pastel de nata / Portuguese tart. To their credit, the staff are so friendly despite how busy the bakery is–especially given I (understandably) took a while to decide what sweet treat to select!

Best beef sausage rolls I’ve ever had. The meat was spiced to perfection and went really well with their home made tomato relish 👌🏼

In Mullumbimby and looking for somewhere to get lunch? Honestly look no further, go to Baker & Daughters. This is genuinely one of the best bakeries I have ever been to. The pizza slice and beef sausage roll were delicious. What really amazed me though was the coffee eclair - hands down the best eclair I've ever had. I hope the community know just how good this place is and make sure to visit regularly

Secret's out on this mullum gem. Bec & the team are super smashed with everyone grabbing delicious baked goods and yummy coffee any time they're open. My faves are the cheese and spinach rolls, italian sourdough sandwich, & any special the crazy talented baker whips up. If only magic car parks would appear with mullum traffic. *sigh. 😆

The people working there are lovely and the food is so gooood. We had a veggue sandwich and a beautiful coffee. We recommended this place without any hesitation.

Some of the best bread and patisserie products on this hemisphere, right in my cute lil cosmopolitan home town of Mullumbimby! Special mention goes to he Matcha torte, the Everything you need bun (so soft and flavoursome), savoury morning buns (if you are lucky enough to get one before they sell out), the savoury tart with that light buttery and crunchy pastry. They even have some gluten free options which are delicious. Their coffee is good too, but bring a keep cup.

Love this family run business. Coffee is always good, food is always very very good. Staff are friendly. It does get a bit busy at times, so make sure you have a few minutes to wait, but you will never be disappointed.

Strong coffee and primo almond croissants. Super busy and lots to offer in bread, rolls and sweet treats. A must visit when in Mullumbimby.

Oh wow, I was blown away. Sat at a table n just watched the magic unfold before my eyes. Incredible coffee, great food, fabulous experience indeed.
However the thing that impressed me the most, the friendly service through a constant stream of what seemed like endless people.
The staff were fast, efficient without making you feel like just a number.
What a team n wow what a stellar business.
As a tourist, you will be my ‘story’ from my visit to Mullumbimby.

This has to be the spot for Australia’s, yes I said Australia’s best Sausage Roll. I don’t know what they part of the pork they use but it comes from heaven I reckon, actual chunks of fennel and plenty of pepper, and don’t forget the housemate relish. Super friendly staff and a hub of activity from the minute it opens all the way to what I am sure is a sold out of everything close.

A truly amazing bakery with too many good things to just leave with one.

Best food in Mullumbimby by far!! We’ve travelled here from Byron multiple times because the food and coffee is SO GOOD and so affordable! We had an experience where we accidentally spilt our coffee outside all over the ground before even taking a sip, so went in side to pay for a new one, and the lovely brunette lady behind the counter gave us a new one free of charge. Can’t recommend this place enough 🤍

Good Coffee and a good sandwichs selection!

This is hands down the best bakery in the northern rivers!! No one comes close.
They have delicious vegetarian and vegan options. Tried them all, loved them all. A fantastic local family owned business.

Such welcoming customer service and a mouthwatering selection of baked goods all round. It's a must if u you past through Mullumbimby!!

OMG!!!
We had the BEST experience there this morning!! We ordered peri peri chicken w coleslaw in a panini bread, spinach and ricotta roll with relish sauce, orange/almond croissant, blueberry scones and two coffees. It was hard to pick a winner, everything was as fresh as it can get, follow by a multi explosion of flavours in my mouth and the most friendly crew a bakery can have. We were so impressed and will definitely go back!!!
When will we have baker and daughters in Gold Coast???
