I have trained with David for quite some time and can say that his dedication to health and wellbeing is unmatched by any other i have met in the fitness industry. He is a great trainer and coach and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get back into fitness, undergo a fitness overhaul, or to just maintain where they are at.
