I served by a lovely lady named Melissa. She was very informative and I was very impressed with her knowledge on products I was interested in purchasing. I could see she was very experienced in the customer service industry and made my experience so easy because of it. Can't wait to come back. Would give 100 stars if I could. 10/10

My partner and I went on a shopping spree at Good Guys Coffs Harbour. We were greeted by “ Sam H “ who was soon to become our favourite ever Good Guys Sales Dude. Not only did he have all the appropriate knowledge of products, he entertained us with jokes and pleasant humour. He even allowed my partner to sing Christmas carols on the microphones - luckily for the store the microphones were dead and she couldn’t scare other customers away (Lol) We had such a fun experience spending our money that we will definitely be back again one day soon. I bought a Bosch 9klg front loading washing machine 20/10/2023 and am very happy with the level of service and price that were given. This is my first front loader and Bosch product. So far so good. Thank you Good Guys!
I did have an issue though around the level of installation that this machine needs. It should be installed by an expert not an inexperienced truck driver. Good guys charge $85 for delivery and to take your old machine away(great value anyway just for this) plus connect the new machine. Yes we had problems at that point. We also had bought a pedestal from another retailer that ended up having to be written off. I called the Good Guys and Manager Carlie came to the rescue and sent Hometech AV (at no extra cost)to sort things out. Darren and his offsider knew their stuff. Carlie also supplied us with a new fit for purpose steel pedestal again from The Good Guys that allowed the washing machine and pedestal to be properly fitted together. Again at no extra cost. It sells for the same price as the dud mdf pedestal I had purchased. Main point being it's worth paying a little bit more for an expert installation and advice. This is a shout out to Tamara in the office 5 * 👏 she went out of her way and did lots lateral thinking to help me out when I encountered a major order issue.

Love these folk. I've shopped here for years and at their Canberra store before this. Staff are great, knowledgeable and the prices are competitive. Can't beat it.

We needed a cheap TV for our bedroom and Aaron at the Good Guys was fantastic with his advise very much appreciated - then our main TV blew up and back to Aaron again fantastic with his advice and service. What I appreciated most was he compared expensive TV with cheaper ones then gave us the option - no heavy selling just great advise. Delighted with both purchases, thank you Aaron.

I bought all new white goods among other things a few months back. It’s all about service. Thank you Andrew for going to great lengths to help me sort out an issue I had with 2 of the items. Very pleased with assistance by staff who contacted their brand representatives on 2 different matters to help us have repair of our dishwasher & replacement of fridge. Both were past their warranty so we are very appreciative of the Good Guys staff pursuing these issues for us. Thank You.

Fantastic service, walked into the store and was approached by the salesman before I even got to the stoves. I bought floor stock and arranged delivery next day, the salesman organised everything for me.

Come delivery, the gentleman called me prior to delivery. As I was at work and rain was predicted, I requested he deliver the stove up some stairs to my verandah. I got home from work to find my stove placed perfectly.
