The local store is full of caring and informed staff who give you individual attention and make sure that you get the right item for your animal and they even take the time to fit items such as a harness to your dog to ensure that you have the correct size and shape. The click and collect service is fantastic when you're in a hurry and know exactly what you want. Overall service is excellent and product availability, and staff knowledge of same, is outstanding

Staff are always professional but friendly, you get the impression its a family owned business, medium range of products. Good advice when needed.

Pet sitting at the kid's house and ran short of cat food. Took the empty packet to Petbarn and had a great chat with the very efficient Manager. This covered the joys and frustrations of having a hyphenated Christian or Surname 👍

Kelly the store manager was excellent! She was super friendly and well informed on the products/deals in store. The store was really busy at the counter when I was being served and she even offered to help me with my large 20kg dog food to the car. Amazing customer service. Happy to go back there over shopping online any day.

Ii love this place. The staff are amazing especially one of the ladies she remembered me from my first visit and always goes out of her way to help me. Really good place to find everything for my companion animal, staff are always very helpful and friendly. Parking can be a bit tricky but it depends on how much traffic exists on any particular day. Overall, five stars.

Always wonderful customer service by all staff! A friendly and bubbly welcome followed by offering help to find a product and finalising the great service by always being happy to carry heavier items to the car. Always a enjoyable and quick shopping experience visiting this store!
