Hungry Jack's Burgers Coffs Harbour

If you get served by the lovely Imani (I may be spelling her name wrong, sorry) you will experience the best customer service I have ever encountered at Hungry Jack's North. Ever. She is personable and vibrant while still serving in a timely manner, which is an absolute breath of fresh air. 10/10, an excellent example of professional customer service. I hope she gets a raise or a promotion.

The food and the service was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Diner was clean. Bathroom was clean. Music not to loud. Could recommend this place for breakfast. Coffee and tea were made correctly. Not all places can lay claim to this simple feature.

Best burgers I've had from HJ's in ages. Really great service! The sauce to bun to condiment ratio was on point. Highly recommend!!!

All good except for all the birds at the wast bin.

Usual hungry jacks food, but store was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and presentable and plenty of seating and large carpark.

service was great. there was one worker though, I watched him work and what he did was truly something. he made the burgers with care and precision. he made them so passionately that I couldn't eat it at first, it looked too good. i eventually ate the burger. it had pickles and I don't like pickles. i even asked for no pickles but to no avail, I still got them. was a good burger, though. did enjoy, would come again.

easier just to order with the self checkout stands now, cleaner toilet than KFC, better frozen drinks than Maccas, but less parking than all of them

Was a drive-thru service, the girl taking order was Super cheerful and friendly that she was radiating it to all.Although the rebel whoopers did not have much Veggies nor sauce they were rather dry.

Haven't been for a long time. What I got was one of the best gourmet burgers I've had in a loooooong time!

Fast Service, Staff friendly and smiley very professional (didn't come across of as over it) all the staff Mon 1st Tues 2nd were all over it 👍

Best Drive Through ATM ever at the cost of a $1 purchase and cash out without having to leave the car. I don't mind the cheesy cheese burger at the moment either for $2.00 Awesome Hungry Jacks. Keep up the good work.

We were so hungry and reached here around late evening. It was during our trip to Coffs Harbour from Sydney. There is plenty of places for kids. Good staff and they really helped. We have ordered vegan meals and it was good.

We prefer Hungry Jacks to Maccas as the food is so much better. Bacon cooked on the grill,good variety of burgers, delicious coffee.. staff are friendly. Only complaint I would like to see staff clean tables after customers leave.

Great food. Customers left alot of rubbish around an overflowing bin, once staff were notified they acted promptly. Good management.
