Amart Furniture Coffs Harbour

Even though Coffs Harbour is a few hours drive from where I live, it is our closest store. I called to ask about click and collect for a product that I wanted - Gail was incredibly helpful and was able to link me up with a local courier service to save me the trip to Coffs to pick up my purchase. Very, very happy with the customer service!

Good place to get furniture and matresses. Service by sales staff has been excellent over the years.

Our bed we had broke on one side. Was still under warranty we get credited the whole amount and left with a new bed on that day. Great service and they were very helpful

Absolutely awesome follow up customer service. Bought a leather lounge suite had difficulty putting recliner backs on..rang Jake the manager who within minutes organised for the delivery guys to come back and do it for me. A huge thank you to Jake at Coffs Amart for a swift solution to my problem and also a huge thanks to Kamahl the delivery man for his expertise. Love my new lounge and will definitely be back again after such great after sales service. Your customer service has been second to none and you have made what could have been a very stressful situation for this customer into an almost instant solution to solve the problem at hand. Absolutely highly recommend this store!!!

Went into purchase furniture for a 2 bedroom apartment. Jess ended up assisting me and wow she is efficient professional competant and pleasant. Amart she is a very valuable employee. Thank you Jess for making the process so easy.

I ordered my furniture on line, and had it delivered 5 days later. I also phoned up the day before delivery and added an extra item to the list. Nothing was a problem for Dave in the furniture department! I shopped from my desk and they did the rest. Couldn't be happier.

They are great I purchased a great bed probably a week and a half after a sale had ended, thankfully they let me have it for the sale price, also I went back 2 days later to get the 2 bedside tables matching the bed and was also able to pick them up for $299 instead of the marked price of $349
