McDonald's Coffs Harbour Service Centre

Very busy after Boxing Day the manager dealt with it so well. She was so nice to her staff and told them she’s proud of them that they are all doing so well and to keep up the good work. Perfect picture of great management and teamwork!! Love to see some faith restored in humanity again !

One of the cleanest and well maintained maccas I've been too. Had no dramas with the app and the order was quick and the staff are clear and concise when your order is ready. We reckon the barista on that morning would have to be one the hardest working people ever seen in a while.

The team here clearly work very hard and I cannot imagine the stress they're put under some times. I recommend you pay little regard to the negative reviews. This Mcdonalds hasn't let me down yet.

Best McDonald's I've been to, staff are very friendly and efficient and the food is always made fresh... tastes great for Maccas. So much better than Sydney!

Extremely well organised for the large number of people in the restaurant. Less than 7 mins to wait for food. Very clean store and very friendly staff. Compared to many stores, this one gets a gold medal.

Good prices fuel. Macca's coffee is always good. Lots of places to sit. They need to grow some trees or something to shade the parked cars and bikes.

Those workers are prepped for speed the second they walk in the doors I could see them all working a good production and the manager encouraged them with good critique. Busy, busy, busy bees.

Went for dinner after a big day at State Championships and service was great. Kids had fun in the play ground.

I also noticed the Managers great communication and supportive leadership towards the kitchen and stressed out Cafe crew it was really refreshing to see 🤓 👍

Our experience was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even one of the employees who had just clocked off; came to our aid when she noticed us having trouble ordering on the order board. Thank you very much (Zoe) ?.🪻🍃

Handy place to stop & plenty of other food offerings also

Easy to enter and there is lots of parking. There is a servo next door to top up with fuel.

Our food came quickly and was hot & tasty. It's Maccas, so as long as there is no issue, I have no issue. Great QSR restaurant 👌.

Great spot to pull in, refuel both us and the car, and get back on the road.

Great stop for a hot and fast coffee or bite to eat when travelling.

Just want to share: this is a very busy place when we arrived. But the staff were friendly, efficient and the place was so clean! Even the toilets!! No rubbish lying around anywhere! It was such a wonderful experience on a long road trip.

Love this spot often stop here to refresh on our way from Brisbane to Sydney.

Coffee was dreadful. Just nasty wherever U go cause Macca's uses cheap burnt tasting stuff. Gone down hill since covid. Changed something bigtime. Tried several over the whole state. Barrista ppl nice, coff brand just awful.
