Went to look for a machete and they have excellent customer service! They even checked and price matched the item so we saved $12 off from the original price! I would keep coming back here for my tools! Surprisingly pet friendly too!

Unfortunately they were out of the product that I needed, but the staff member there was really nice, went out of his way to look for the product for me, then told me where I might be able to find it along with another DIY temporary fix. I didn’t get his name, but he had long dark hair in the fishing section incase BCF review their feedback.

I cant say enough positive things about this Coffs Harbour store and the incredible staff.
I was hunting down a Dometic CFX3 35 in my local area and Lachlan went above and beyond to get me one driven up from Port Macquarie within 24 hours.

They always seem quick and efficient when I go. I check what I need is in stock before before I go which helps. Only thing I've ever found not stocked was Garmin GPS which they only stock in a few, very big stores. Same as other retailers. Being a club member gets a useful discount and some banks give gift vouchers which mean extra discounts.

Love BCF and dont forget your vouchers from Great northern Cartons.
There was a lovely young lady at the counter who was helpful and patient while I logged into my account.

We dropped in to look at inflatable kayaks, team were fantastic, helped us with Covid protocols and then advice & guidance from the lady at the counter was excellent. So good to have honest candid & helpful retail advice (fri 5th Nov)

Excellent customer service. We went to check out a particular tent on sale. The sales assistant went out of his way to show us the details of it. As it wasn't on display, he opened the bag and showed us all the components of the tent. Very helpful.

Went shopping for a binocular and the team member at BCF Coffs Harbour was a great help as he had great knowledge about binoculars and also took the time to get a range out of the shelf and let us test them outside to find the best for us and our needs.
