I felt I should leave a quick review.

We had our ute booked in today for quite a few hours to get some work done, and we had to sit on the lounge while we waited for it to be done, because it's the only car we have as we're travelling.

Because of this, I worked on my laptop, and watched the shop operate as the day progressed.

It turns out the owner is away for some time, so the staff are completely running the shop.

I just wanted to say how hardworking these young guys were. They cared as though they owned the shop, and they put a lot of effort in. I watched them bending over backwards for client after client to make it work for them, and they did the same for us as well. Some customers were making difficult and impossible demands (we all know those types), and the young legend handling the call did it as best as could be done. Kept his cool, and guided the costumer to a sensible outcome.

I just wanted to let the owner know via a review, that when he is away as he is now, his staff are excellent, hard-working young men, and he should be very happy to have them on his team.

Dropped in and spoke with the team, they went above and beyond assisting with the free battery check exercising a great knowledge and understanding; to the point not even pushing a sale when it wasn’t necessary. Really appreciate the work they’ve done.

Travelling up from Central Coast with family and I was having trouble with both batteries.
Paul and team were great . They diagnosed it ,changed out both batteries very efficiently even on a stinking hot day and I was back on my way !
Prices were pretty good too !

Had trouble with wife's mobility scooter batteries took them to battery world they had them on charge for 6 days to get charge back to 20 volts then they reassembled the battery pack asked for cost to pay a d they said no charge so if you have battery problems would certainly go and see them

The team at Battery World went above and beyond to help me when my battery died. After NRMA started my car, they told me I wouldn't be able to start it again if I stopped, and I would need a new battery but they did not have one that would fit. I called Battery World and explained the situation, but I wouldn't be able to get there until after closing as I was out of town. They were incredibly understanding and waited until I arrived so that they could fit me with a new battery. It was great customer service.

Great staff, good prompt service, great range of products. We had a 12V battery problem. They provided advice on some options. We made a decision and they installed a new battery. We were on our way promptly. They are a little difficult to find, so use the directions on their website.

My car decided not to start due to a old alternator not far from their shop so I rang them and was able to get in straight away. They were super helpful went and sourced the new alternator fitted immediately even fixed my loose battery that I wasn’t even aware of and I was on my way. Definitely recommend
