When youre looking for a healthy alternative to a chocolate bar or a better protein bar this is the perfect go to. Our local IGA keeps running out of them. I'm almost sorry I have told so many people about this great product. I'm not a vegetarian but this suits them as well. -With no added sugar, dairy free, gluten free, nut free & certified organic it suits almost everyone including those with allergies. They have nailed the taste, a great balance, not too sweet and the right consistency-5 stars

Disappointed in this company's lack of interest in resolving an issue regarding my purchase. I was very excited to have found a business to purchase my products from on an ongoing basis, but their lack of communication and their complete disregard has caused again me to decide never to buy from them again.

As Google Reviews insists on at least 1 star for a review, lets say it represents Eclipse Organics product variety, as sadly that's the only positive regarding my experience with this business.
I placed my 1st ever order on 14/12/23, emailed 20/12/23 to enquire if my order would be sent before Xmas, no response. Received a shipment conformation with tracking 22/12/23, delivered 27/12/23 containing only half the order, with no explanation as to what's happening with the other half of the order. Just to add to the drama, most of the products I received had expired, were about to expire, or were short dated, not good when buying herbs, spices & grains in bulk. One herb product was in an unsealed plastic bag with no labeling or expiry, looked old & had no smell. I emailed EO asking for a refund, they responded 10/01/24 with profuse apologies & an excuse of new staff not knowing how to use the labeling system properly, resulting in old labels being printed. I gave them the benefit of doubt & proceeded to wait to receive the rest of my order. I received an order completed email, no tracking, no delivery. I emailed repeatedly, no response, the morning I opened a case with PayPal, I received an email with more apologies, more excuses of recovering from an accident & offering a full refund. Less the an hour later I receive a partial refund email, partial refund missing an item not received & short dated bulk item. I enquired whether EO was now not going to honor the full refund they had just offered an hour ago, no response, I've sent all relevant information to PayPal. Besides EO customer service being selective to non existent, Whether the excuses EO gave me were genuine or not, at this point it's all lip service & excuses, you couldn't pay enough to buy from them again.
