Ganjees Indian Restaurant

We enjoyed the food experience, as it wasn’t too busy during the time when we went which made it a pleasurable evening.
The presentation of the food is very alluring and delightful thus creating a very lovely atmosphere to the venue.
Certain aspects of the food showed off it’s charm, such as serving curry in a naan bread bowl and serving up rice in a teapot.
I recommend this restaurant. Honestly would not have gone without watching the Hoyts advertisement.

Me & my friend ended up getting the $32 Banquet which was absolutely delicious & the right amount of food for 2 people. The entree was the perfect amount of spice and the mains were very well balanced and filling.

& the dessert to top everything off was just right.

Delicious Indian food - presentation was fantastic and the Butter Chicken was amongst the best I've tasted. Service was excellent and the wonderful relaxed vibe and super comfy outdoor seating is a point of difference when compared to other Indian restaurants.

As we have been enjoying the cuisine from the sub continent all our lives, it is very hard for us to get bedazzled through creativity and ingenuity. The food 🍲 and the presentation at Ganjees has not only bedazzled us but also refreshed our palates. Totally recommend Ganjees if you are in Canberra. Even if you are not, plan a trip... Its totally worth it. 'Thank you' to the staff for their hospitality.

Their butter chicken is amazing, no words to describe its quality and saffron rice is very enriched in flavour.

It is a bit pricey but worth paying that money for high quality of food.

Hard to find parking but if you go early you will find it.

If you're looking for something special for dinner and love Indian food you have to go. The food was amazing and presentation was gorgeous. If you have time order a degustation menu. The table near us had gorgeous morsels delivered. Our meal was the best Indian food we have eaten. Lamb lollipops, Goat curry, Duck and lychee curry and garlic chili cheese naan. Great service too.

If you could give 10 stars, this is the place. Owners Puneet are Neetu are legends. If you like Indian food then do yourself a favour and dine here v

Best ever food and the best customer service. If you are looking for some great fusion foods with bollywood music touch and lot of fun do come at this place.
I will recommend you dahi puri and paneer methi malai plus do come totally approved by desi mans vlogs

First of all the Food was lovely, this was my first time ever eating here and i love all of it. Ansh Treated me and my friends with classy indian food i could get in canberra. The Chilli Cheese Garlic naan was a gem with all the curries and the amazing dessert called mitthai coconut was just the best sweet i had in canberra. Thank you Ansh and everyone in Ganjees for treating with good food.

Great indian food. First decent one I've tried in Canberra CBD. Got takeaway today, first time visiting, and the venue looks fancy as well. Looking forward to dining in shortly.
Service was friendly and fast.

It was very late and public holiday night. Every cafes and restaurants was closed #ganjees was the only place that we could go in. Food was excellent even though they were about to close, we got best service from the staff. Saved our night♥

We had a party here last week and it was flawless. The food was scrumptious and the the service was great overall. The service was slightly slow at the beginning but picked up with time as we were told they were short staffed due to covid. Accepting the reality, we could not fault them at all. I will highly recommend this place for an great Indian cuisine exploration. The entrees are must haves.

We came in for a tasting menu and got an amazing experience. The location was different and we were warm outside despite the usual chill the fusion of the music matched the fusion of the food. The drinks were great and the food just amazing! Serious shout our to the black magic fish (and none of us who were there are real fish people) and the butter and tandoori chicken.
Do yourselves a favour visit this place and do the chef's tasting menu!
Can't wait for the next visit.

Loved this surprise discovery in Canberra. The Ganges is a Northern Indian restaurant with a very cool vibe and lovely outdoor setting with an extensive menu range. There were so many choices that we hadn’t seen before on an Indian restaurant menu and all freshly cooked upon order. Our lovely server Jahnvi, was very professional, attentive and personable. We will definitely go back again.

Ganjees is one of my favorite Indian restaurants. It's hard to find anything close to it. Whenever I travel to Canberra, it's my go-to place. Absolutely love their food. Great presentation. Excellent customer service. Highly highly recommend indian place to everyone.
I am really going to make my husband fly to Canberra just to try this restaurant.
