So Im reviewing the level 5 branch on the top floor of westfield. But the times i ordered from the level 5 branch, my drinks were perfect every time. Consistency and more than satisfactory, thank the worker who served me today. She was great. Thank you

Handy location and shopped there several times after getting off the trains, the service is pretty good and quick. The drinks are consistent so far. They offer plastic bag to take away if it is multiple.

Best bubble tea in the country i would prefer this in terms off taste and money just love theirs popping pearls

A tall and really nice asian guy made my earl grey tea and it was way nicer than some other branches that make it taste more watery. Good experience.

I heard it was run by a new owner now who seems to be friendly and makes a really good pearl, the place is a lot more cleaner but I think some of the staff are new there and I waited for 5-6 minutes for my favorite drink - mango ice tea with lychee toppings. - yummy.

Really easy using your points and service is fast. There's a nice variety of 🍵 and toppings. Really like how you can choose 🔥 or cold 🍵.

Fast and nice customer service

Handy location inside Westfield Parramatta. Great to just grab and go 'coz it's closed to the station. Always quick service and I always get the right orders.

Very good. Service is great even when its busy, and this place gets REALLY busy before work/after school hours/after work hours. Have never got an order wrong.

The current staff for the past month has been great! Pearls are nice and soft all the way through. Staff is efficient and friendly.
