Had a great experience shopping @ Superry Canberra Centre. Great customer service. The manager went above and beyond to be helpful and l walked away a winner of a beautiful leather jacket which l will treasure for years to come✌Definitely recommend 10/10!

Perfect example of Team BC!! Moved out of Canberra a couple of years ago and upon seeing how this store has done a Total 360 under the current management and team is nothing short of extraordinary. The store and displays were stellar and the Manager and ASM made me and my family feel so welcomed in a sister store. This made me somewhat emotional since I was So Embarrassed after I was denied my company perks in another BC store in the centre. Thanks Kyle for being so hospitable (and also secretly calling my store to verify my employment lol), a model example of how to treat customers and co-workers alike.

Loved the Lunar New Year theme, walked in to a pleasant greeting and information on the offers. We asked about the collection and got a full explanation on the concept, material and the manager also offered suggestions on pair ups. Tried and loved a few, got good deals for ourselves and free deliveries for the gifts.

Manager Kyle has been very patient and helpful, offered me good deals and this guy does know the market and selling point. Nice shopping experience all the time.

Loved the service my son and I received today in this store. Even though it was school holidays and really busy, the staff were super friendly and genuinely helpful. They actually knew what they were talking about, and were keen to share information and answer questions, unlike so many other retail staff we encountered today! Highly recommend this store!

Kyle, the manager’s recommendations and help and suggestions on outfits and accessories pair ups made me feel like I wasn’t shopping alone.

Store was neat and staff friendly and attentive without being pushy. They were also knowledgeable about ordering out of stock items for home delivery.

Appropriate COVID measures CV in place too.

Great product, excellent service from the staff. Each member helped out and the team was great. Big shout out to Meg for her patience since i tried on the majority of the store.
