Also made us feel very comfortable and would definitely go back again. I also appreciate her assistant Duyen for her quick support and the front staff Sandesh who support us with the Health cover. I changed over to the Bupa Dental recently and could not be happier. The level of service, and welcoming attitude and great outcomes for my teeth specific to me has been wonderful from Dr Tittu and Sandesh and the team! Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with Dr Sadit Reza who extracted a wisdom tooth for me and installed a crown, both with minimal pain. Sandesh at the front desk was also nice and super helpful with scheduling appointments.

My general check-up and clean with Bupa Dental Canberra was an extremely positive experience which I would highly recommend.

Dr. Vivian was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the human teeth. She worked gently and took the time to explain the some of the potential issues she observed. Her genuine care and passion in the field conveyed to me the importance of her advice and convinced me to get an x-ray and begin the process of seeing a specialist and having them removed.

Additionally, praised the positive aspects of my cleaning habits and other good behaviors, emphasizing the habits I should continue and others I should consider including, such as daily mouthwash and fortnightly flossing.

Overall, I rate Bupa Dental Canberra and Dr. Vivian very highly and look forward to my next appointment with her.

Really helpful and friendly staff. I cancelled the appt last min and I was accommodated in a next day appt which I was expecting to have to wait a few months for. Also I ticked on the registration sheet I had some anxiety going to the dentist and Ken made sure to explain each step of the process. Really appreciated the level of care.

Dr Sadid has been very professional in his service and has provided a remarkable treatment with good explanations. Sandesh has been very approachable and flexible provided me with in-depth information about my dental cover . Both of them are very customer focussed and has met my expectations.

Vivian was amazing . I have moved to Canberra and I was hoping to find a really good dentist which I have found now. She is passionate and so friendly . She made me so icomfortable . No one has ever massaged my jaw and given me so much information. Love Vivian and will definitely be back with my family xx

Great practice, went in as I’ve needed a tooth extracted for a while. When I went in, I saw Sadit, he told me about the process of removing the tooth and asked if I had any queries before starting. Sadit and Lena were great, once the tooth was removed they gave me instructions and a leaflet on how to care for the tooth socket. Great customer service from start to finish and even managed to fit me in on short notice. Would recommend

My experience was nothing short of exceptional. The amazingly friendly and professional staff at the front desk made me feel comfortable the moment I walked through the door. My dentist, Anthony, was excellent at explaining the procedure and ensured I was kept informed during the process.
I would recommend this dental practice to anyone, especially those who may suffer from dentophobia.
