I can't recommend Genr8 highly enough. The easiest and stress free money I have spent. From the first visit by Nathan, (who has an enormous knowledge base regarding solar) I felt at ease that this company would do the best they could for me. I wasn’t wrong.
I had questions.
Luke could not have been any easier to talk to or email. All my questions answered promptly and courteously (I had a few). Big thankyou, as this was a huge plus in the process.
The installation quality was excellent, my son is an electrician and gave it the once over. I think it was Karl who took the time and walked me through what had been installed which was appreciated. Hopefully I have the whole install team here, Karl, Tyler, Ben, Toby and Bailey. Thankyou. Great job.
Then the wi-fi set up and apps. Tailah, called in and set it all up, showed me what to do if the inverter decided to lose the wi-fi connection and walked me through the apps. Once again, a great experience.
In short, a company is only as good as its people. This company has great people. Would not hesitate to recommend based on my experience.

I may well have been their first customer when the business originally started. They are my first choice for any electrical work. Karl and Nathan have built a strong reliable team around them. They are all very knowledgeable and you couldn't wish for a nicer group of people to have around your home.

I haven't had an install yet but so far I've found Genr8 to be very informative and too the point with good products, everything has been very professional and I don't see why the install wont go smoothly, I can recommend them.

Karl and Nathan finished our 7.4kw install last week, and what a careful, neat job they did. In the lead-up, we had plenty of time to do our own research, but also hit up the guys for questions that arose. Together we worked out the best system for the best long-term outcome, and we're very happy with all of it, price included. We're confident that any minor tweaking that might need doing will get done, and any questions that come up will get a quick answer. We think they're going to be around as a small but strong and secure company for many years. We hope we can afford batteries one day, and we'll definitely be asking the guys to do the work on that.
