I popped in originally to see if they could refurbish a vintage piano accordion straps. The smell of leather is fabulous as you walk in! Yes these leather artists can do anything! I visited with my next set of tourists and they loved the range in the store . They ended up buying leather handbags, possum gloves, beanies and even Christmas tree decorations. Great range of hats, Ugg and work boots, lamb skin rugs and outdoor wear. Custom jobs seem commonplace there. Staff were cheerful and helpful . Easy parking and room for larger vehicles in back. I’ll definitely back with more visitors!

Absolutely awesome service. I ordered an Akubra for my wife for Christmas and unfortunately they were out of stock of the one I wanted. Deb then photographed a few similar ones they had so I could choose another, then sent it express post to make sure I received it in time for Christmas. I could not be happier with my decision to buy it from here. Merry Christmas all.

i went to the store this morning and bought an Akubra hat great price excellent staff very polite and helpful. told a friend so we both went back and he bought an Akubra as well. excellent store :) thank you :) i went back to the store today and got Akubra Trophy Belt great price and once again the staff are awesome

I have had such a pleasant experience with this retailer. My son was desperate to purchase a particular item, which has literally sold out, Australia wide. We are in Sydney and these guys in Tasmania were able to find what we needed and it was no trouble for them at all. Simon and Deb searched high and low and found exactly what we were searching for. The item is now being expressed post at no charge to us. Constant communication, until the end. So grateful.

Popped in with the kids, lucky enough to meet Simon in person. What a great experience and great bloke. Gave us a brief history of his whip making passion, how it started and even got one of the guys to cracking whip show!!
